George Strait has announced a new album, Cowboys And Dreamers.

The country music legend announced what would be his 31st album in the midst of his concert at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis Saturday night.

“It’s so good to be back.man, it’s been six months, and that’s too long,” Strait greeted the fans at the start of the two hour-show.

“We got some new stuff, too, I’m gonna throw in throughout the night, because I broke down and did another record, and I’m gonna play a few of those for you tonight,” he told the sold-out crowd.

The septuagenarian County Music Hall of Famer played some songs from the upcoming studio album, including “Three Drinks Behind,” “Check Yes or No” and “How ‘Bout Them Cowgirls.”

Chris Stapleton joined Strait to play “Honky Tonk Hall of Fame” and “You Don’t Know What You’re Missing.”

Cowboys And Dreamers‘ release date has not yet been revealed.
