Kelsea Ballerini recently shared some financial advice for women on a recent appearance on the “Richer Lives” podcast. She says the most important thing to have with a partner is financial transparency, especially when buying a house, opening a joint account, or getting married. “Prepare for the worst for yourself. You just truly never know where life’s going to bring you . . . You always want to make sure that you are financially independent on your own to the best of your ability. . . “Even when you’re in the happiest, the healthiest relationship.”
Jelly Roll isn’t the only country star who’s been on a health journey. So has Nate Smith. He’s lost over 70 pounds and he plans to keep going to get under 200 pounds. He used to be around 275, and his goal is to be around 185. Nate says being able to give a high-energy performance for fans keeps him motivated, plus he feels better. “I don’t sweat anymore, which is amazing. I used to be totally out of breath tying my shoes. I can jump around.”

Luke Bryan turns 50 on July 17th and he’s throwing a “ginormous undertaking” of a party. Of course, he couldn’t miss out on the opportunity to prank Blake Shelton, who also recently turned 50. Luke says, “I said this is a save the date, but I didn’t even put the date on there when I sent him the invitation. I wear 50 a lot better than him.” The two share a playful friendship so it’s all good. Luke also poked fun at his song “Fish Hunt Golf Drink” and said that his party will have fishing, golfing, coffee, Advil, IVs, vitamin C, glutathione, and bungee jumping.
Adam Sandler visited Nantucket on Sunday, where he called the local police department’s non-emergency line to ask where he could find a pick-up basketball game. Sure enough, a guy who was playing with his friends said, quote, “Adam Sandler rolled in a car and started playing pick-ups with the boys. He’s like ‘guys let me stretch I’m going to hop in.'” And if you’re wondering how Adam’s basketball skills are, he has, quote, “great passing and playmaking, decent lay-ups, [and] hesitated to shoot the ball.”
Whoopi Goldberg missed yesterday’s “The View” because Mount Etna erupted. She’s stuck in Sicily because the airports closed.
Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band have announced new tour dates for fall 2026. The new dates follow a late-spring run for the band, which wrapped up in late June. The shows are in support of the former Beatle’s most recent album, the country LP Long Long Road, which came out in April. September 24 – State Theater, Easton, PA – October 6 – American Music Theatre, Lancaster, PA
