It’s “Quirky Country Music Song Titles Day” . . It’s a day we can finally celebrate great titles like, “Dirty Old Egg Sucking Dog” by Johnny Cash . . . or “Sic’ Em on a Chicken” by Zac Brown Band. Here are some other quirky titles

1.  “You Can’t Roller Skate in a Buffalo Herd” by Roger Miller.

3.  “I Still Like Bologna” by Alan Jackson.

4.  “Do You Want Fries with That” by Tim McGraw.

The CMT Music Awards will go down on Sunday, April 7th and it seems like Jelly Roll is real pumped up about it.  Jelly hit up social media to remind us of his epic night last year. He said, “Do you all remember the CMT Awards last year?  I’ll never forget it, baby.  It was our welcoming party to country music.”  Jelly went three for three last year, taking home wins for Best Digital-First Performance . . . Best Breakthrough Male Video . . . and Best Male Video.  And it looks like he’s trying to win big again this year, too. “We are back up for three awards again, baby.  We can do it all again with your help . . . please y’all . . . let’s recreate magic and history again.”Voting is still open. This year his song “Need a Favor” is up for Best CMT Performance . . . Best Male Video . . . and Best Video.

Kenny Chesney has sold more than 30 million albums . . . he has a net worth of $219 million dollars . . . and he still has a fear of failure. In a recent interview on the “Today Show”, he said, “I’m terrified of being complacent and [terrified of] failure.”  And the only way to combat that, he says, is to stay grateful.  Before every show Kenny takes some time to reflect on how far he’s come.

Keith Urban is joining “The Voice” Season 25 starting April 8th as a mega mentor.  He’ll be helping contestants who made it through the battle rounds prepare for knockouts. Keith’s been on the show before.  In Season 15 he was an advisor for former coach Blake Shelton.

Sara Evans is back with her estranged husband Jay Barker, which is weird.  Sara filed for divorce in August of 2021 after 13 years of marriage. Then in January of 2022, he was arrested for allegedly trying to ram his car into a vehicle she was in. Sara says they’re “so happy now,” but they’ll, quote, “be in therapy until we die.”  She added that she’s not advocating, quote, “staying in a relationship where you are ever, in your gut, you know that you need to exit the situation.”

Stephen Colbert made a two-minute statement near the start of Monday’s The Late Show about his recent jokes about Kate Middleton. The late night host had previously mocked Princess of Wales’ absence from public life, as well as made jokes about rumors Prince William had an affair. Last week, Middleton revealed she was battling cancer. Given that it was public knowledge that Middleton had gone quiet following abdominal surgery in January, some had criticized Colbert for his jokes, arguing it was hardly difficult to put together that she was having some kind of health crisis. Colbert expressed remorse about the jokes and wished Middleton well, though he stopped shy of outright apologizing.

Whoopi Goldberg stopped in the middle of a discussion on “The View” to scold an audience member for recording the show.

Jimmy Kimmel had Chris Stapleton on his show and he absolutely killed it on their “Wing It and Sing It” segment.  Jimmy explained that Chris used to love the show “Full House”, specifically John Stamos. So, the song they had Chris sing was sort of a loving tribute to his “hero”, John Stamos.  He had…
