Beyonce’s her label IS officially sending the song, “Texas Hold ‘Em” to country radio. But if this next rumor is true ——–  Beyoncé’s producer was asked if they could possibly see a Taylor Swift collaboration and he definitely did NOT deny it.  Instead, he teased us with, “Let’s just say she is on the approach of shocking the world.” Then, of course a “source with knowledge” at “Entertainment Weekly” said this collab was NOT happening.  So, who knows? But would a Taylor Swift / Beyoncé collaboration be country?  Would it be pop?

Ashley McBryde just broke down all her pre-show thoughts in a TikTok and it confirms why she’s one of the coolest in the business. You can hear the band playing through the curtains, as Ashley is jumping up and down in the dark.  Then the interior monologue begins with, “Alright you gotta bounce, you gotta stay moving.  That’s how you keep your energy up.  This is why we do cardio.” Then the band starts to play and she says, “Okay the boys are killing it, all the notes are gonna be there.”  Then she adds “Just trust yourself, you can trust them.  You’re about to have a great time.” At this point the band crescendos and she jams along to the song screaming, “Wah ah ah ah.”  Then she says, “Alright energy’s up.  Stand up straight.” And finally, there’s time for one more check, “Okay now fix your hair . . . and walk to the stage.”

Kelsea Ballerini shared a letter that boyfriend Chase Stokes wrote her.  He couldn’t be there, but sent a huge spread of food and said he still wanted her to feel special from “4,837 miles away.”  He ended it with, “I love you, my forever valentine.”

Cole Swindell posted a pic with fiancée Courtney Little and dropped this line:  You ever seen a prayer in person?  Love You.  Happy Valentine’s Day.” Fans were saying it could . . . or SHOULD . . . be a lyric in one of his songs.  And in fact, it is.  He shared some lyrics from an unreleased song last month

Zach Bryan shared two Valentine’s Day messages . . . including one for his dog.  Her name is Boston.  He posted a photo of her and said, “Happy Valentine’s Day to the prettiest girl in the world.”  He also posted a nice message for his ACTUAL girlfriend, podcaster Brianna LaPaglia.  It started out, “You are tough when people are rude, you are honest when it is hard, [and] you are kind when it’s easy not to be.”

Carrie Underwood revealed her favorite “classic” Valentine’s Day gift.  “Chocolate’s every woman’s friend – in their time of need, or in their time of happiness, or in their time of sadness or madness, chocolate is my friend.”

Maren Morris teased a new music video that’s out today with a post that said, “Have something better than a valentine coming tomorrow.”

Keith Urban’s advice for gift-giving was even a small thing like flowers from the grocery store is good, because “it’s the thought that counts.”  He joked that the one time it doesn’t apply is if you say, “I THOUGHT about buying you a gift . . . and it’s the thought that counts.”

Brad Paisley held a fundraiser for President Biden at his home in Nashville over the weekend, and First Lady Jill Biden was there.  It caused a traffic NIGHTMARE.  And it got the attention of John Rich. He Tweeted, “This visit shut down the interstate in Nashville, but I heard Jill raised a ton of money at Brad Paisley’s house.  Hey Brad, give us a heads up next time bro.  That traffic was brutal.” John’s tone was playful enough, but could it be that he was trying to call Brad out for supporting the president?  His Tweet got plenty of responses from fans saying they won’t listen to Brad’s music anymore.

Parker McCollum and his wife announced they’re having a baby boy.  He already has five names picked out that he wants her to choose from.  Here they are:  Keaton Cadillac . . . King Cowboy . . . Yancey Tyler . . . Walker Yancey . . . and Major Yancey.
