JOHNNY DEPP is being sued for assault and battery by a location manager on his movie “City of Lies”. Gregg Brooks says they reached their deadline while filming at a hotel in Los Angeles, and it was HIS unfortunate responsibility to tell Johnny it was time to wrap for the night. Johnny wasn’t happy about that. According to Gregg’s lawsuit, Johnny screamed, ” You have no right to tell me what to do! I don’t give [an eff] who you are and you can’t tell me what to do!” Then he punched Gregg twice in the ribs, and told him, “I will give you $100,000 to punch me in the face right now.” Not surprisingly, his breath reeked of alcohol. Gregg is seeking unspecified damages.
