On Monday (March 31), Jelly Roll shared an Instagram video that highlighted the daily meals that he eats while on tour. The country star praised the work of his nutrition coach, Ian Larios, who creates healthier versions of his favorite foods, including a protein-packed breakfast bowl reminiscent of a popular Waffle House dish. “It all started because I love Waffle House,” Jelly said. “Larios figured out a way to not only make ‘em taste good but good for my tummy.” The 40-year-old musician just finished up his headlining Beautifully Broken Tour, and is gearing up to support Post Malone on The Big A** Stadium Tour, which kicks off on April 29 in Salt Lake City.  Jelly credits his remarkable 140-pound weight loss to his two meals and one snack per day routine, while praising Larios for crafting delicious yet nutritious meals that align with his weight loss journey.
