Dylan Scott‘s “This Town’s Been Too Good to Us” rises three places this week to claim the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart, marking the fourth chart-topping hit for the 34-year-old Bastrop, Louisiana native. Scott co-wrote the track with the songwriting team of John Byron, Ashley Gorley, Taylor Phillips, and Ryan Vojtesak, with the single set to feature on his highly-anticipated upcoming album, Easy Does It, which is set for release on May 30. Scott’s previous three No. 1s include his initial chart-topper, “My Girl,” in July 2017, followed by “New Truck” in August 2022 and “Can’t Have Mine” in December 2023. Elsewhere on this week’s Country Airplay chart, Blake Shelton‘s “Texas” climbs to No. 10, becoming the country superstar’s 38th Top 10 hit of his legendary career, while serving as the lead single from his upcoming album, For Recreational Use Only, which will be released on May 9.
