Her secret is a diet that includes, quote, “a lot of delicious food like tomatoes, olives and fish.” But that’s not all. She only eats one large meal a day, at around 1:30 p.m. It usually consists of fish and vegetables, including greens that she grows herself. Prior to that meal, the only thing she consumes is coffee and hard-boiled eggs for protein. For a snack later in the day, she’ll go with things like pistachios, cucumbers, celery, and hummus.
Gavin Adcock is an up-and-coming country singer who throws chaotic shows and likes to get arrested.
