King Charles was officially crowned on Saturday, but the REAL news of the day is that Katy Perry couldn’t find her seat.  And video of her wandering around looking for it went viral. Later that day she Tweeted, quote, “Don’t worry guys, I found my seat.” It was also pretty hard not to notice Prince Harry sitting a few rows behind the rest of his family. Speaking of unwelcome guests, the GRIM REAPER made an appearance at Westminster Abbey.  Katy was more in her element on Sunday, when she performed at the coronation concert with Lionel Richie, Andrea Bocelli, Steve Winwood, Nicole Scherzinger, and the British group Take That

Taylor Swift has been re-releasing her version of her albums since they were acquired by a record label. During her Nashville show on Friday, she announced she’s releasing a “Taylor’s Version” of her country album “Speak Now” on July 7th.  In addition to the original songs, it’ll include six new songs from the “vault”. Taylor said she wrote this album by herself between the ages of 18 and 20.  Quote, “I love this album because it tells a tale of growing up, flailing, flying and crashing . . . and living to speak about it.” In related news, a local Nashville news network shared a clip of Swiftie-supporting DADS who made sure their daughters got to see Taylor.

Chris Lane was performing a cover of Garth Brook’s “Friends in Low Places” at Jax River Jams on April 27th when he fell backwards on stage.  His boot got stuck in the subwoofer he was standing on, but he kept on singing through it.  When he finally got up, he said he didn’t know what happened.

Kentucky-native Carly Pearce performed the National Anthem at the Kentucky Derby on Saturday.  She posted behind-the-scenes photos, including her floral baby blue dress.  Carly said, quote, “My Kentucky heart is the most full.  Thanks for having me today.”

Dierks Bentley and Miranda Lambert recorded three duets for the CBS drama “Fire Country”.  Their new songs “Saved” and “Still Burning” will be on Friday’s episode and another called “Something in the Water” will be on the season finale on the 19th.

Carrie Underwood performed a cover of Ozzy Osbourne’s “Mama, I’m Coming Home” on “The Howard Stern Show”. She said that she asked for permission and Sharon Osbourne was, quote, “very sweet about it.” 

Walker Hayes performed at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado on Friday night.  He brought out his nine-year-old daughter Loxley to join him on a duet of “If Father Time Had a Daughter”.

Enrique Iglesias is 48.  The son of Julio Iglesias and father of Anna Kournikova’s twins.

Melissa Gilbert is 59.  Laura Ingalls Wilder on “Little House on the Prairie”. 

Alex Van Halen is 70.  Originally, he took guitar lessons and his brother Eddie took drum lessons. 

Toni Tennille is 83.  The Captain & Tennille.  Biggest hits:  “Love Will Keep Us Together”, “Do That to Me One More Time”, and “Muskrat Love”.
