For Halloween this year-Lindsay Ell dressed as Dorothy . . . Kacy Musgraves was “The Giving Tree” [children’s book] . . . Kelsea Ballerini was an angel . . . Tenille Arts was Beetlejuice . . .Maren Morris and her crew were “The Righteous Gemstones” . . . Priscilla Block did Snooki from “Jersey Shore” . . . and Reba McEntire was Sandy from “Grease”.

Bailey Zimmerman has been shattering streaming records over the past few weeks with his debut E.P., “Leave the Light On”.  It’s now the most-streamed country debut ever, and the most-streamed debut across ALL genres in 2022. His song “Fall in Love” was already a huge hit.  Now “Rock and a Hard Place” and “Where It Ends” have both made it into Billboard’s Hot Country Top 10.  He’s set to make his Grand Ole Opry debut this Friday. 

There’s a country-based Rolling Stones tribute album in the pipeline called “Stoned Cold Country”.  It’ll be out sometime next year, and some of the artists on it include:  Eric Church, Brothers Osborne, Maren Morris, Ashley McBryde, and Brooks & Dunn.

Hardy and Caleigh Ryan got married on Saturday in Nashville.  And Lauren Alaina CAUGHT the bouquet.  She said, quote, “Hardy told me I was next before I even caught it.”  And no, she didn’t wear white, her dress was MINT.

Lee Brice got a head start on the holidays by releasing a new Christmas song.  It’s called “Santa Claus Was My Uber Driver” . . . and it was inspired by a real-life Uber driver who picked him up while dressed as Jolly Old St. Nick.

Bo Bice is 47.  Runner-up from “American Idol” Season 4.

Jenny McCarthy is 50. 

Big Kenny Alphin from Big & Rich is 59.  “Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy”.

Lyle Lovett is 65.  Country singer who was once married to Julia Roberts.
