The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees – a union representing about 60,000 film and television workers – has voted to authorize a strike. The Union president said, “This vote is about the quality of life as well as the health and safety of those who work in the film and television industry. Our people have basic human needs like time for meal breaks, adequate sleep, and a weekend.”
The official teaser for House of Dragon – the Game of Thrones prequel – has been released. The caption for the video reads, “Gods. Kings. Fire. Blood.” The spin off arrives on HBO Max next year.

If you saw KACEY MUSGRAVES perform “Justified” on “Saturday Night Live”, you witnessed history. She really was naked, which was a first for “SNL”. Her publicist said, “She was nude. Precautions were taken, and this was the first time it’s happened on the show.” Her rep also confirmed that the audience didn’t see anything, because she was shielded from view by a sheet as the performance was set up.
TIM MCGRAW has been sober since 2008, but every once in a while we’ll hear a story about his drinking days. This is one of them. It happened while he was filming “Friday Night Lights”, which came out in 2004. “Y’know, on a movie set you get really bored. [Sometimes] you’re there for two or three days and you don’t shoot anything. “So, I bought these remote control cars [and] we set up this little racetrack and we’re racing these little remote control cars in the parking lot. The three cars were neck-and-neck the whole time, so we started making martinis. And then we would set the martinis on top of the car. And the goal was to win the race without spilling your martini.”
