BILLIE EILISH loves to wear baggy clothes, because she doesn’t want to be sexualized. But she kicked off her world tour in Miami on Monday by stripping down to just her BRA. And it was all to make a statement about body shaming. A pre-recorded video played on a big screen, along with a two-minute spoken word monologue about how she constantly feels judged. And she slowly removed layers of clothing in the video. First her hoodie, then her shirt. The monologue included the line, “If what I wear is comfortable, I am not a woman. If I shed the layers, I am a slut. Though you’ve never seen my body, you STILL judge it.”
It’s hard to think of TV shows that HAVEN’T been brought back – but a new poll asked people which shows they’d like to see brought back:
- A tie between “M*A*S*H” and “ER”, both with 30%
- “Friends”, 25%
- “Seinfeld”, 24%
- “Parks and Recreation”, 22%
- “Law & Order”, 20% . . . Guys, you do realize that “SVU” is still on, and that 1,171 original episodes of the “Law & Order” franchise have aired. They could air repeats and just SAY it’s a reboot and no one would know.
- A tie between “The Golden Girls” and “Mad Men”, both with 13%
- “The West Wing”, 12%
- A tie between “How I Met Your Mother” and “Psych”, both with 11%
- A tie between “Friday Night Lights” and “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, 9%
- “Lost”, 8%
- “Freaks and Geeks”, 2%
On the flipside, 40% of people said “American Idol” SHOULDN’T have been brought back . . . followed by “Will & Grace” (27%) and “MacGyver” (23%). By the way, we’re assuming people were considering these REVIVALS or REBOOTS, since shows like “M*A*S*H” and “Golden Girls” wouldn’t have many former cast members, since they’re mostly either dead or retired.
PETER WEBER may go down as one of the most pathetic “Bachelor” stars of all time because pretty much everyone walks away from the show a failure. Season 24 came to an end last night, and it was a mess – again. Peter was really only left with one option because his runner-up, Madison, walked out on him. So, he figured, what the heck, and he proposed to Hannah Ann. She says YES. But – Peter is very conflicted, because he’s still in love with Madison – and maybe Hannah Brown from the last season of The Bachelorette”. Hannah Ann called him out on it, and they ended their engagement after one month. On the live show last night, Peter said that he’s reconnected with Madison, and they’re giving it a go. They’re not engaged, just dating. Peter’s mom was in the audience, and she was CLEARLY on Team Hannah Ann. Right in front of Peter and Madison, she openly said, “It’s not going to work.” And even Peter’s dad said, “[They] have so many differences to overcome.” “The Bachelor” is now 1-for-24 in producing an engagement that actually leads to a lasting marriage. Only Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are still together – they’ve been married for six years.

THE SWON BROTHERS send every song they write to Blake Shelton hoping he’ll record it. Usually he doesn’t. ZACH SWON says, “He’s always been brutally honest. It’s either like, ‘You’re getting better,’ or ‘Don’t show this to anyone,’ or ‘This isn’t good, keep writing’, or ‘I don’t know what you want me to do with this.’” Fortunately, there’s a happy ending to this. Blake IS going to record something they sent not too long ago. COLTON SWON says, “Last time we saw him, Gwen Stefani was there [and] he’s like, ‘Yeah, I really like that song. Well, Gwen really likes it, so I guess I’m going to cut it.'” Zach adds, “Gwen was back in her dressing room and she was like, ‘Hey, you guys wrote that song. I love that song. We’ve been playing it on repeat.'” No word yet on the song’s title or when Blake will be releasing it.
The ZAC BROWN BAND is postponing shows. “Out of caution and due to increasing public health concerns [we] are postponing the spring 2020 leg of ‘The Owl Tour.'” They’re asking fans to hang onto their tickets because the rescheduled dates “will be announced soon.” At this point their “Roar with the Lions” summer tour will go on as planned. That’ll pick up May 24th in Gilford, New Hampshire. It’s official: This year’s Stagecoach Music Festival is being postponed because of COVID-19. The new dates are October 23rd through the 25th. Tickets that are already purchased will be honored in October but for those who can’t make it, refund details will be forthcoming Friday. Coachella is being moved. Those new weekends are October 9th through the 11th . . . and October 16th through the 18th
“Variety” says that HARVEY WEINSTEIN once wrote in an email that JENNIFER ANISTON “should be killed.” This was when the “National Enquirer” was going to report that Harvey sexually assaulted Jennifer. Jennifer’s rep wants to make it clear that the report was NOT true.
JOE DIFFIE rocked one of the best mullets of the ’90s. And they’re coming back, so he was asked if he’s ready to grow it out. He said probably not because “it was a major pain” to mess with all the time, plus he prefers his hair short nowadays.
INGRID ANDRESS was talking about her musical influences. Surprisingly, her dad only listened to classical music. He was a baseball coach and his players were constantly blasting heavy metal and rap so when he got into his car he always popped in his Handel’s “Messiah” CD. It was the only CD in his car.
