It’s still early, but LAUREN ALAINA is managing to hold her own on “Dancing with the Stars”. She went into it right after breaking up with her boyfriend, comedian JOHN CRIST. She talked about the relationship on Jana Kramer’s “Whine Down” podcast on Monday and it sounds sort of like she wishes they were still together. She said, “My heart is good. It’s kind of weird timing obviously to go through a breakup right before you go on TV, but it’s been a good distraction. John and I are friends. I mean I love John. We were best friends before we dated. “It just didn’t work out, you know? “But we’re still friends. I just talked to him and he said he’s really proud of me. It sucks and it’s sad.”

Disney announced that plant-based food options will be added to every dining location in their U.S. theme parks by spring of next year. Walt Disney World will have more than 400 vegan dishes added in early October, with Disneyland following in spring of 2020. Eric Brent, said, “Vegans and those seeking plant-based options are in seventh heaven with all the good news and awareness. We’re certain Disney’s recent increase in offerings will be well received.”
The organizers of the Golden Globe awards have decided to add Tom Hanks to the long list of recipients of the Cecil B. DeMille award. The Golden Globes will air in January on NBC.
