Megan Moroney just shared a funny Valentine’s Day story. A couple years ago, a boyfriend gave her a self-help book for Valentine’s Day. He also included a note that said, “I know you’re not going to actually read this, so I’ve made spark notes for you.” So, he gave her homework . . . on how to improve herself . . . on Valentine’s Day. There’s nothing wrong with self improvement. But maybe don’t wrap it in a bow and hand it to your significant other on the most romantic day of the year?
Thomas Rhett is getting real about something a lot of artists probably deal with, but don’t always talk about. “I’m kind of going deaf in this ear a little bit. I had to go get hearing aids as a 35-year-old man.” It’s probably from all that loud music at concerts over the years, but he also has four children . . . with a fifth on the way. So, his house has to be insanely loud. Thomas said he wore the hearing aids for about a week and looked at his wife, and asked, “Is this legit what you hear all day long?” She laughed and said, “He was like, ‘I can’t think straight. It’s so loud.’ I was like, ‘Babe, welcome.'”
Okay, here’s a recap of all the adult drama going on between Zach Bryan, Brantley Gilbert, and Jason Aldean. During the Turning Point USA halftime show, Brantley sang a song that was made famous by Jason called “Dirt Road Anthem”. Well Zach didn’t enjoy that song too much, so he and his buddy posted a parody of the song called “Chili on a Hot Dog”. It makes fun of the simplified lyrics of “Dirt Road Anthem” . . . and talks about “double fisting chili on a hot dog.” So how did Brantley respond? By grabbing two foot-long chili dogs and acting out the whole parody. Brantley said, “He can climb all the fences he wants, he’s not getting my chili dog. Jason commented and said, “Best song I’ve heard from that guy.”

Kidz Bop has officially given Shaboozey’s massive hit “A Bar Song” a brand-new twist. It’s called “A Bop Song” . . . and it’s the kid approved version you did not see coming. The original track was huge. It spent 19 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. And more than 23 weeks on top of the Hot Country Singles chart. Now the Kidz Bop Kids have reimagined it so families everywhere can sing along. It has the same catchy energy. Just a lot more parent friendly. “A Bop Song” is also the first single from the upcoming Kidz Bop 53 album, which drops May 8th.
