In a recent interview Ashton Kutcher said “I don’t know if this is healthy or not. It might not be healthy. I decided I’m going to write a country music album.” Ashton also joked that he’s “not a very good singer” . . . but that’s not slowing him down. He said, “I’m going to do it anyway just because I want to write an album.” But some country fans may not be totally shocked by this. Ashton has appeared at the ACM Awards before . . . and he’s been known to pop up at Stagecoach. You can also catch Ashton starring in the new FX series “The Beauty”, streaming on Hulu.
Jelly Roll opened up after the live premiere of “Star Search” . . . and shared how his weight loss has reshaped his entire life. “I’ve gotten closer to God. I’ve gotten closer to myself. I’m a better father. I’m more present with my children.” Jelly says he now coaches his son’s basketball team and feels capable of doing things he never imagined before. He said, “When you’re 550 pounds, you wonder if they have a seat big enough for you . . . you definitely don’t think about trying to coach a team.” Now, he says, “I feel physically better . . . I’m a whole different human.” Jelly has two kids from previous relationships. Bailee Ann is 17 . . . and Noah Buddy is 9.
Blake Shelton has collaborated with just about everyone . . . but he says nothing rattled him like acting alongside Adam Sandler. In a recent interview, Blake was reminiscing about acting in Adam’s 2015 movie “The Ridiculous 6”. Blake said, “I was such a fan. I didn’t know what he was going to be like, but I wanted him to be like the guy that’s in all these movies, and sure enough, he is.” And at first, he felt like a fish out of water. He said, “I had to act, and I never really acted before.” But Blake said, “Adam instantly made me feel comfortable . . . You can’t help smile when you’re around that guy.”
