Dolly Parton is postponing her December run of shows at Caesars Palace’s Colosseum in Las Vegas. In an Instagram post yesterday, Dolly explained she’s been dealing with ongoing health issues and her team has suggested she undergo several medical procedures. Luckily, she’s taking their advice. Of course, Dolly lightened the moment by saying she told her doctors, “Guess it’s time for my 100,000-mile checkup.” She stressed that these procedures aren’t cosmetic, but they will keep her from properly preparing for her shows. And she wants everyone to know that this is NOT a retirement announcement. Dolly said that maybe it’s just God reminding her to slow down a bit. She said she’ll continue working on projects back home in Nashville while she recovers. The six December concerts have now been rescheduled for September of next year. Get well soon, Dolly!
Saturday night, Zach Bryan headlined the first-ever concert at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor. And there were 112,408 fans in attendance . . . which set the record for the largest ticketed concert in U.S. history. The previous biggest crowd was George Strait’s 2024 Texas show where he played in front of 110,905 people. It was Zach’s last scheduled show of 2025. There were six acts that played for over seven hours total. Zach walked out in a Charles Woodson Michigan jersey and the highlight of the night was when he played “Revival” during the encore . . . and then it went straight into fireworks.
Before Lainey Wilson made her big break, she used to park her 20-foot Flagstaff camper outside a Nashville studio. And now she’s selling out arenas. But she’s never forgotten the people who cheered her on when nobody else was watching. During a recent show in Los Angeles, Lainey stopped mid-set when she spotted a familiar face in the crowd. It was a longtime fan who has been with her since her earliest gigs. Here’s what Lainey told the audience, “Y’all, we go back.” And she said to her fan, “You were literally there when nobody was there.” Lainey then told a story about playing a casino show years ago where the fan was the only one pressed against the barricade. Before Lainey continued her set, she went over and gave the fan a big hug.

The Grand Ole Opry just hopped the pond and went to London. This past Friday night, the Opry made its international debut at the sold-out Royal Albert Hall. Here are all the stars who performed: Darius Rucker . . . Marty Stuart . . . Luke Combs . . . Ashley McBryde . . . Carly Pearce . . . and Mumford & Sons made an appearance, too. By the end, the stage was packed for “Will the Circle Be Unbroken” . . . and even though it was in London, everything felt familiar again. After 100 years stationed in Nashville, it turns out the “Mother Church of Country Music” travels just fine.
Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco got married Saturday at a place called Sea Crest Nursery in Santa Barbara . . . and wasted little time posting pictures. In his own post, Benny said he married, quote, “a real-life Disney princess.” Celebrity guests included Taylor Swift, of course . . . plus Selena’s “Only Murders in the Building” co-stars Martin Short, Steve Martin . . . along with Paul Rudd, Zoe Saldana, Ed Sheeran, SZA, Camila Cabello, Cara Delevingne, Paris Hilton, Eric Andre, Finneas, and members of Selena’s “Wizards of Waverly Place” family. Sheeran and Taylor reportedly gave speeches at the reception, while Short and Martin gave one together at the rehearsal dinner. Selena was given away by her GRANDFATHER, David Cornett . . . even though her father Ricardo Gomez was there. Selena and Benny reportedly hired the same wedding planner that Justin and Hailey Bieber used. Selena and Benny, who’s a music producer, met about 10 years ago. They got engaged last December.
