Morgan Wallen is on tour and just completed two shows at Glendale Stadium in Arizona. But he chose an odd way to hype up his night two crowd . . . He talked smack about his night one crowd. Here’s what he said to his night two crowd, “I didn’t know if I was ever going to come back to Arizona after that crowd last night . . . But I think tonight you might change my mind.” So, the night one crowd was SO bad that he was planning on never stepping foot in the state of Arizona again? Or was this just a really odd way of hyping up his night two crowd? People are claiming that during night one some objects were thrown on stage, and one fan appeared to grab his hand while he was walking through the crowd.
Dolly Parton’s new musical just had its first preview in front of a live audience and Dolly was there in person to celebrate. It’s called “Dolly: A True Original Musical” and it’s previewing at the Belcourt Theatre in Nashville – all in preparation for the show’s Broadway debut next year. Dolly and the director said some words before opening night, and Dolly said, “Every time you hear a song you know, you’re going to want to sing along to it. Well, don’t. This ain’t no hootenanny. This is a Broadway musical.”
Dylan Marlowe was performing at Country Jam USA in Wisconsin. And then got kicked out shortly after. He said his set went well, and then afterwards he went to watch his buddy, Jake Owen, perform . . . but apparently where he was standing was not cool with security. Security told him to move, and Dylan had some choice words . . . so they wound up kicking him out. The security guard scrunched up the back of Dylan’s shirt and escorted him through the crowd and out of the venue.
Tim McGraw doesn’t think he’s the best singer in his own family. He said, “I’m the worst singer in the family. It’s true. I’m pretty good, but I’m the worst singer in the family.” Of course, when you’re married to Faith Hill, that makes sense. But now his three daughters, Gracie, Maggie, and Audrey, have all passed him up, too. Tim said, “I’d love to do a song with all five of us at some point. I talk about it all the time and they’re like, ‘I ain’t gonna sing with you, Dad’ . . . Maybe I’ll talk them into it . . . They’ll sing with Mom, but I’m probably not up to par with the rest of them.”
