Luke Combs just made history by becoming the second-highest selling country artist of all-time. The only one he trails now is Garth Brooks. Here are some of Luke’s career accomplishments:
1. He was the first country artist in history to have two songs surpass one BILLION streams on Spotify. “When it Rains, It Pours” . . . and “Beautiful Crazy”.
2. Luke’s now the first country artist to have four songs certified diamond. That means they sold TEN MILLION units each. “When it Rains, It Pours” . . . “Beautiful Crazy” . . . “Hurricane” . . . and “She’s Got the Best of Me”.
3. Over the weekend, he received 34 new certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America.
Lauren Alaina is a new mom! She gave birth to a baby girl named Beni Doll Arnold last Wednesday . . . and both the baby and mom are doing well. Lauren posted about it on her Instagram. She said, “She came just before Father’s Day. My first without my own father. A day that will forever be hard to me, but I now have a new and perfect reason to celebrate it . . . Beni truly is a gift from God that my old man sitting up there in ‘Heaven Sent’.” A special day for the momma, and Lauren’s husband, Cam Arnold. Lauren also released a new song called, “Heaven Sent”. Congratulations to Lauren and Cam on their healthy baby girl.
The Ella Langley and Riley Green love affair is the story that won’t die. Even though most internet sleuths think that Riley is dating Megan Moroney . . .(Although Megan and Riley’s situationship is now being called into question, too.) But that doesn’t mean everyone stopped asking Ella how she feels about Riley. I guess if you make one really popular love song together, everyone in the world wants that to be true in real-life, too. But a fan wanted to know the truth at a recent Ella show, so he held up his phone that said, “Wink if Riley’s a dumbass.” And wouldn’t you know, Ella winked right at the fan. And there’s video proof of the whole encounter. Does this confirm that Riley did her wrong at some point?
