Ever since the great Nashville chair-throw of 2024, no one has heard anything from Morgan Wallen . . . until this past Friday night.  Morgan finally tweeted out and accepted responsibility for his actions. He said, “I didn’t feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks.  I’ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief’s.  I’m not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility.” Then he followed it up with, “I have the utmost respect for the officers working every day to keep us all safe.  Regarding my tour, there will be no change.”  And then he signed off with his initials, MW. Not sure if it was necessary to plug his tour inside the apology tweet, but at least he has publicly owned up. He also had a show this past weekend the University of Mississippi.  It was his first show back, since chair-gate.  And it was a make-up show from last year when it was abruptly canceled minutes before he was supposed to go on stage. Morgan might have made a nod to his current legal troubles at one point in the show when he was talking about playing sports as a kid.  He said, “In high school, I almost got kicked off the team . . . I was a little rowdy back then.  I guess I’m still a little rowdy now.” Rowdy as in “Rowdy” Roddy Piper?  Except in his profession, he was allowed to throw chairs.  Morgan is due in court on May 3rd.

This seems like an odd pairing at first, but apparently Chris Janson and The Rock are good friends.  They met in a parking lot, when Chris asked The Rock for an autograph for his kid. They got to talking for ten, fifteen minutes before Chris’s wife Kelly came up to The Rock and said, “Chris is never going to tell you, but I know you love Country music . . . he sings country music.” It’s pretty awesome that Chris played it cool and didn’t even mention his stardom.  Dwayne said, “It’s a reflection of Chris and his humility . . . and who he is a human being.” And the two of them hit it off so well, that he got The Rock to star in his latest video “Whatcha See Is Whatcha Get”. About their friendship, Chris said, “At the end of the day, we’re just good ol’ boys, man . . . People say ‘I can’t believe you got The Rock to join you.’  Well, quite frankly, if you don’t ask, you can’t receive. “And what’s the worst that could happen in life?  Somebody could tell you no and you just kick down another door and go on through it.”

Kelsea Ballerini is seeking a restraining order against a former fan named Bo Ewing, who allegedly obtained unreleased masters and demos of music she’s still working on. Kelsea says the guy has already shared it with “multiple parties,” and she’s trying to stop the leak from getting out of hand.  Apparently, this guy was a former member of Kelsea’s fan club who has, quote, “become disenfranchised.” Kelsea’s rep says, quote, “Artists spend countless hours perfecting their craft and telling their stories through their music.  Stealing and sharing unfinished music is illegal and harms the integrity of the creative process.”

Luke Bryan fell flat on his back while performing in Canada Saturday night.  At first, it looks like he slipped on a fan’s phone, but new footage shows that he slipped THEN landed on the phone.  After falling, Luke laughed it off and joked that his lawyer will be calling.  He also asked the audience to show him footage of the slip from a fan’s phone and he played it for the cameras.

Kelly Osbourne says she did NOT take Ozempic to lose 85 pounds.  And Scott Disick is going to stop taking it, after realizing he looks too thin.

Michael Douglas went to Parents Day at one of his kids’ colleges, and was mistaken for a GRANDPARENT.

Chris Hemsworth named one of his twin sons Tristan because of Brad Pitt’s character in “Legends of the Fall”.  He says, quote, “There’s never been a more beautiful man on screen.
