Will there be any COVID-19 guidelines in effect for Fallfest?
Neither Cumulus Radio LLC nor the Station make any representation or warranty about the safety of the I-105 Fallfest concert in light of COVID-19. By purchasing and attending the event, all guests acknowledge the risk of large group gatherings and assume all risks when attending the I-105 Fallfest concert and any other risks associated with the I-105 Fallfest concert, including any and all repercussions associated with attending the event.  All guests must adhere to CDC Covid Guidelines.  Failure to follow all CDC Guidelines may result in denial of access or removal from the event, with no refunds.


What can I bring into Fallfest?
FALLFEST SECURITY POLICY: For your safety: large bags, totes, purses, and backpacks are not permitted at Fallfest. Any bags must measure 12″x12″x6″ or smaller. Limit 1 bag per person. COOLERS, LARGE BAGS, GLASS BOTTLES, AND WEAPONS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Any bag, wagon, stroller, or person will be searched by Fallfest Security upon entering the event. Remove lawn chairs from the bag, before passing through security.

Due to thorough searches, we anticipate the possibility of longer wait times to enter the event. Please plan accordingly. Bringing your belongings in a clear, one-gallon ziplock bag is encouraged to speed up this process.


Can I bring chairs?
Yes. There are no seats provided at Fallfest. We encourage everyone to bring chairs and/or blankets to sit on. When bringing your lawn chair through security, please remove it from the bag to expedite the process.


Can I bring a diaper bag for my children?
One extra bag for each child is permitted, but it must fit within the required 12″x12″x6″ maximum dimensions. If your diaper bag is too large, you must transfer the items into another bag that meets the requirements.


Can I bring a wagon to haul my belongings?
Yes, but wagons must enter the event through the “WAGON ONLY” lane. If you plan on bringing your chairs and personal items on a wagon, they require extended time to be inspected by security and you must use this lane to enter the event.


Can I bring food and drink?
No, outside food and beverages may not be brought into the concert grounds. Please leave food and drink in your vehicle or at home. Fallfest will have a large variety of food trucks and alcohol vendors on hand. A list of our food and alcohol vendors will be available closer to the event date.


What food/concessions will be available?
We aim to provide a variety of options from our concessions vendors. On-site concessions vendors for 2023 will be announced closer to the concert date.


Is there a rain date?
No, there is no rain date. Fallfest is an all weather event & will be held rain or shine. Umbrellas, tarps, tents and canopies are not permitted in the concert grounds. Please plan accordingly and leave those items at home. 


Where do I park?
Guests will have 3 parking options on October 8th. You may park on-site at Overlook Community Campus with a pre-paid $25 parking pass, or utilize our two satellite parking lots. To park at Overlook, you must enter from Fruitville Pike (address: 605 Granite Run Drive) and have your pre-paid parking pass ready. Satellite parking is available at Root’s Country Market in Manheim and the Prince Street Garage in Lancaster City. Visit our Parking & Directions page for more information.


Is handicapped parking available? Is there a handicapped entrance?
We do offer handicapped parking at Overlook, but space is limited and we can not guarantee a space. If you require handicapped parking, we recommend that you purchase an on-site parking pass and that you arrive early. You must show your handicap placard to the parking attendants to be directed to that lot. 

A handicap accessible shuttle bus will also be available from the satellite parking lot at Root’s Market.


How can I purchase tickets?
We strongly encourage you to purchase tickets in advance, online. Ticket prices will increase when purchasing at the gates.

Order with a credit card from our Ticket page or any Eventbrite powered app or website. There are no refunds, all ticket sales are final – the event will be held rain or shine. When completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your tickets attached. You can print your tickets to bring along, or show them on your phone to be scanned as you enter Fallfest. Must I print out my tickets?
It is preferred, but it is not required. Have your tickets and parking pass ready to view on your phone when you enter the event and we can scan them from your phone screen to make things go faster.


Can I re-enter the event after it begins without paying admission?
No.
Guests are not permitted to leave the event and re-enter. If you leave the concert field, you will be required to purchase another ticket upon re-entry at a higher fee.


What is the difference between General Admission and VIP Tickets?
A limited number of premium VIP tickets available for purchase in the reserved section in front of the Fallfest stage. General admission tickets are $20 per person for adults and children ages 6 & up.  Children 5 & under do not need a ticket if you are sitting in the General Admission sections.
If you would like to upgrade to VIP seating, children and adults of all ages will each need to purchase an upgraded ticket. The upgraded ticket gets you into the reserved section in front of the stage, but does not include a designated seat.  You should still bring your own blankets and/or chairs.

Are kids allowed?
Fallfest is a family friendly, all-ages country music festival. Families, including children, are always welcome. Children age 6 & up are required to purchase a ticket, ages 5 & under are admitted free and do not need a ticket for General Admission seating. Children of any age must have a ticket to sit in the VIP seating sections.


Will there be beer?
Yes, we will have beer, wine and mixed cocktails available for purchase throughout the festival grounds for anyone age 21 and older. EVERYONE will be carded each time an alcoholic beverage is purchased. If you do not have ID, you will not be permitted to purchase alcohol. NO EXCEPTIONS. Do not bring outside alcohol into the event or any Fallfest parking lot.


Is smoking permitted on site?
Yes, it is an outdoor event and smoking is permitted.  Please leave the seating areas if you need to smoke and be respectful of those around you.


Will there be ATM’s on site?
Yes, there will be multiple ATMs throughout the concert grounds.


What time can I get in?
All parking lots will open at 7:00am. VIP ticket holders can access the concert field beginning at 8:00am. Gates will open for General Admission ticket holders at 8:30am.


What time does the show start?
The first act will take the stage shortly after 11am and the show wraps up around 6pm. We do not have a pre-determined start time for any other acts, as the schedule could change as the event progresses.


Can I set up the night before?
No, we do not allow people to set up before the gates open at 8am. Anything found on the grounds prior to gates opening will be removed at the discretion of WIOV staff.


Are we allowed to bring campers or RVs?
Due to limited space, RV’s and campers are not permitted at Overlook for this event.


Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not permitted into the concert. Please leave them at home.


Can I bring a camera?
Cameras are permitted however, no professional cameras are allowed. Audio and video recording is also prohibited.

By attending Fallfest, you grant the radio station, its partners and affiliates, irrevocable permission to use your voice, image, or likeness, as a part of any live photograph, video recording, or broadcast conducted at the event. 


Are weapons/firearms allowed?
NO weapons of any kind are allowed on the concert grounds. Any weapons will be confiscated and not returned. All persons and bags are subject to search by Fallfest Security and/or Police at any time.


Is tailgating permitted?
No. Due to limited space, tailgating is not permitted in any parking areas. Do NOT bring alcohol into any parts of Overlook Park.
