An accident on the set of the next “Gladiator” film injured multiple people involved in the production.
The safety and full medical services teams were on-site and able to act quickly so that those who were impacted immediately received necessary care. They are all in stable condition and continue to receive treatment. The six people in total got treatment for burn injuries after the accident, which took place on the film’s set in Morocco.

A second woman has filed a lawsuit accusing Jimmie Allen of sexually assaulting her. She’s listed as “Jane Doe 2” . . . because a different woman, the original “Jane Doe”, filed her own lawsuit a few weeks ago. According to “Variety” Jimmie met the woman on a plane in May of 2022. He got her number, and then pursued her for months. He told her that he and his wife had separated, and he was falling in love with HER. They finally met-up in Vegas sometime last year. She agreed to go to his hotel room and consented to “having relations”. She ALSO told him there would be limitations because she wasn’t on birth control. Jimmie agreed, but once things started, he did NOT honor that . . . despite her repeated requests to stop. He even said he wanted to get her pregnant. When it was over, he passed out. She tried to wake him up but couldn’t, so she decided to leave. But on the way out she saw his phone in the closet, and it had been RECORDING everything. She took the phone with her and turned it in to her local police department. According to the lawsuit several other people will be able to corroborate her story. That includes a friend she called immediately after the assault, plus employees of the hotel where it happened. She’s suing for battery, assault, invasion of privacy, and emotional distress. Jimmie’s record label has now dropped him because of this second assault charge. They had originally “suspended” activity with him, but now they’re completely cutting ties.
Miranda Lambert treated the CMA Fest crowd to a special surprise on Friday night. She brought Avril Lavigne on stage . . . and they performed a couple of songs together.
Fans were upset with Eric Church’s show at CMA Fest on Saturday. He was the last act of the show, so he only did seven songs. But it was the WAY it all went down. He reimagined some of his own songs, which was disappointing. He ignored many of his biggest hits, and instead did a cover of a Little Feat track. When he was done, he abruptly walked off the stage, and some of the people ended up booing.
If you’re famous, and you’re at a Luke Combs concert, you’ll probably get invited to shotgun a beer with him. Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes had the honor at Luke’s show in K.C. on Saturday. There are a couple of videos making the rounds. You see both of them down their beer in a matter of seconds, and then toss the empty can into the crowd to become instant souvenirs.
Toby Keith celebrated the University of Oklahoma’s softball team winning the National Championship for the third year in a row. He shared a video of himself leading a performance of his song “How Do You Like Me Now?” and said, quote, “How do you like Sooner Nation now?”
Ted Kaczynski, best known as the Unabomber, is dead … according to prison officials. Kaczynski was found unresponsive at the facility he was being kept at, and that life-saving measures were undertaken, unsuccessfully. He was rushed to a hospital by ambulance but was pronounced dead there. It’s unclear what exactly happened to him.
Jerry Seinfeld and Jim Gaffigan are headed out on the road… together. The comedians have announced their first ever joint arena tour, which has them making four stops this fall.
