It’s kind of miraculous that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton ever got together.  They come from two different worlds, and they don’t seem to have much in common.  Gwen says the real reason, is that it was meant to be. That’s what she told Drew Barrymore, quote, “God put us together.  It was one of those miracle situations where I didn’t see it coming. “I was like, ‘I’m gonna wake up every day, I’m gonna have a coffee, I’m gonna take care of my kids and then I’m gonna go to bed.’  I’m never gonna kiss anyone.  I thought my life was over and then [it’s] like, ‘Hey, I’m Blake Shelton.'”Gwen also said they do have more in common than you might think.  Quote, “Finding a best friend, someone that is on the same plane when it comes to morals, or just the way you look at life, that’s the dream.  “We think the same about things, yet we’re so different.  Like, he’s watching football and doing his stuff that he does, and I’m putting makeup on.  We’re so different, yet we’re so the same on so many levels.”

Zach Bryan loves his fans, and here’s more proof . . .Before his show at Red Rocks last night, he saw a Tweet from some fans who were on their way to it, and hit a DEER in Iowa. Their car was too banged up to drive.  So they were renting a car to drive the rest of the way from Omaha to Denver. Zach replied to the tweet and said, “Rental car is ON ME!”  Then he added, “Glad you guys are okay.” He also treated fans at last night’s show to hand warmers and hot chocolate, because the weather wasn’t great.

Thomas Rhett posted a video to hype his upcoming “Home Team 23 Tour” . . . and in it, he attempts to wear or show the sports jerseys from all 40 cities he’ll be visiting.  The tour doesn’t kick off until next May . . . but tickets go on sale next Friday.  Cole Swindell and Nate Smith will be the supporting acts.

Next year’s “CMT Music Awards” will be held in Austin, Texas.  It’s the first time the show won’t be in Nashville.  Carrie Underwood was already announced as one of the performers, and Kelsea Ballerini will return to co-host for the third year in a row.  The CMTs will air April 2nd on CBS.

Sometimes a new take on an old classic feels right.  Here’s Tim McGraw and a couple of musicians doing an unplugged version of Merle Haggard’s, “If We Make It Through December”. If you like Alan Jackson and whiskey, well, you’re a friend of mine.  But also, you should watch his daughter Mattie make a “Freight…

Should Kentucky rename a state park after the late, great Loretta Lynn?  Fans say yes, and so does her family.  They just posted a link on her website to a petition encouraging lawmakers to do it.  The park they have in mind is Paintsville Lake State Park, a few miles from Butcher Hollow, where…
