CHRIS LANE posted surveillance video of himself running out the back door to rescue his dogs from being sprayed by a skunk. When the video starts you see Chris’s wife Lauren Bushnell sitting in a chair near a sliding glass door . . . and then the couple’s two dogs go flying by in pursuit of the skunk, which is somewhere in the back yard. Chris is hot on their heels trying to make sure they don’t get hit by the nasty spray. You can hear him trying to corral the dogs away from it. That’s a smart move because skunks can be dangerous. In fact, Lauren Alaina wrote in the comments that she lives a mile away, and she had a similar experience. Quote, “A skunk sprayed my dogs three weeks ago. My house just stopped smelling like it. Worst experience ever.
Last week we had a story about a guy in New Hampshire who got arrested while wearing a shirt with MORGAN WALLEN’s mugshot on it. The news got back to Morgan and he wrote on his Instagram Stories. “We’ve all been there bub. Wish I saw this sooner. I woulda bailed him out.”

President Joe Biden will present the nation’s highest civilian honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom, to 17 people, including actor Denzel Washington, gymnast Simone Biles and the late John McCain. Biden will also recognize Sandra Lindsay, the New York City nurse who rolled up her sleeve on live television in December 2020 to receive the first COVID-19 vaccine dose that was pumped into an arm in the United States. There are 13 others that include:
— Gabrielle Giffords. A former U.S. House member from Arizona, the Democrat founded Giffords, an organization dedicated to ending gun violence. She was shot in the head in January 2011 during a constituent event in Tucson and was gravely wounded.— Fred Gray. Gray was one of the first Black members of the Alabama Legislature after Reconstruction. He was a prominent civil rights attorney who represented Rosa Parks, the NAACP and Martin Luther King Jr.
— Steve Jobs. Jobs was the co-founder, chief executive and chair of Apple Inc. He died in 2011.
— Megan Rapinoe. The Olympic gold medalist and two-time Women’s World Cup soccer champion captains the OL Reign in the National Women’s Soccer League. She is a prominent advocate for gender pay equality, racial justice and LGBTQI+ rights who has appeared at Biden’s White House.
