JIMMIE ALLEN talked about how the pandemic HELPED his bowling game. He was introduced to it by Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts, and former NFL player Cortland Finnegan. “We’d spend five days a week, seven, eight hours at a time at the bowling alley.” He’s now officially addicted. Last month he left early from his own industry party celebrating two Number One records . . . so he could go bowling. He belongs to five leagues, and keeps three different sets of bowling balls for playing at home or on the road. His league average is 215, and although he’s never rolled a perfect 300, he did get so close one time that it STILL hurts to talk about it. “It was all strikes until the 10th frame. I was sick for a week.” His final score was 288. In January he plans to try out for the Professional Bowlers Association. So how does he do this while maintaining a singing career, and being married with three kids? “I only sleep about three-and-a-half hours a night. If I get two, I feel like I’ve slept.”
LUKE BRYAN wants you to know he STOLE a baby while on stage in Vegas. He even posted a video of it. Obviously, it’s all in good fun. He’s carrying the kid around while performing “All My Friends Say”. He eventually asks where the mother is, and when she comes up to get the little guy he tells her, “This is gonna make a hell of a scrapbook one day, ain’t it?”
Big towns, small towns, we all know a secret spot where everybody used to hang out. Truth is, it was never a secret, it just felt that way. That’s the inspiration behind SAM HUNT’s new song, “Water Under the Bridge”. “It was down by the river up under an old backroad. [On] Friday and Saturday night we’d go there to have a good time, let our hair down a little bit, get into a little bit of trouble. We made a lot of memories out there.”
MORGAN WALLEN shared photos of himself golfing with Eric Church and sportscaster Jim Nantz. They were at Cypress Point Club in California, which is a couple hours south of San Francisco.
Seems like CHRIS LANE and LAUREN BUSHNELL just announced they’re having baby #2 . . . and she’s already showing. Or, “popping” . . in her words. She shared a video of herself modeling some new “bump friendly” dresses, and things.
CARRIE UNDERWOOD’s latest Grammy has finally arrived, so she posted a photo.
