Joe Nichols Makes His Big Screen Debut in Murder At Yellowstone City

This Friday, June 24th, Murder At Yellowstone City arrives in select theaters, while also streaming on Amazon Prime, Apple TV and more.

A synopsis of the movie is “A former slave arrives in Yellowstone City, Montana a former boomtown in decline, looking for a place to call home. That same day, a local prospector discovers gold and is murdered. As the mystery of the murder deepens, the clash between faith and the law threatens to tear the town apart.”

Joe says “I am so excited for everyone to see the film, it was a lot of fun to make. I loved old westerns as a kid and had a great time on set.”

Filmed on location on a site that was known as Yellowstone City in the 1860s, Murder At Yellowstone City is the first production to be shot on the new western backlot in Montana. Nichols plays “Colin Hodge.”

When he’s not acting in movies, Joe Nichols is working at his day job with shows in Alabama, Texas and Michigan this week where he’s playing his fan favorites and new music from his recently released album Good Day For Living.
