BRAD PITT is suing Angelina Jolie for allegedly selling her half of their Chateau Miraval wine business to a Russian oligarch. Brad says Angelina intentionally sought to inflict harm on him by selling her interest in the company, even though they had agreed to never sell without the other’s consent. His lawsuit claims that she did the deal in secret . . . and now the guy she sold to, a Russian oligarch named Yuri Shefler, is launching a hostile takeover. “Jolie has sought to force Pitt into partnership with a stranger, and worse yet, a stranger with poisonous associations and intentions.” Brad also says HE grew Miraval into a multimillion-dollar global business, while she did NOTHING to contribute to its success. He’s seeking a jury trial to have the sale nullified. He also wants damages from Angelina, with the amount to be determined in court.
Before LAINEY WILSON started getting noticed, she was just another singer in Nashville suffering for her art. She lived in a camper with a broken furnace, and it was so cold she could see her own breath. She had to wrap herself in jackets just to keep warm. But the important thing she DID have, was her faith in God. “I had some of the darkest days of my entire life in that camper. I thought, ‘Lord, I hope this is temporary [because] it’s hard.’ I knew deep in my heart that it was only preparing me. It was the Lord’s way of showing me, ‘Look, this ain’t going to be easy. It ain’t going to be what you thought it was going to be, but I’m preparing you to be able to say more, to share more.'” Now she hopes her experience sets an example for others just like her.
