Showdown in the Park

 Who will open the I-105 Fallfest on October 9th at Maple Grove Raceway?

Applications are now being accepted for local country music bands and solo artists to perform at Showdown. To apply, performers must email an .mp3 file of 3 songs of your best stuff, along with the names and addresses of all performing members of the band.  Send your application to showdown@wiov.com. Deadline to apply is Sunday, June 5th. The station will review all entries and the finalists invited to Showdown will be announced on June 13th.

Not in a band? Save the date and join us for a great night of Country Music
Friday, June 24th from 6pm-9pm
at New Holland Community Memorial Park

Bring the Family and join us for an evening of great country music and cheer on your favorite band! The show is rain or shine. Admission and Parking are FREE!  Bands will be performing on the Lion’s Club Bandshell in the park, so bring your lawn chairs and blankets! AJ will host the afternoon show on I-105 from 2pm-6pm at the Park.  The first band takes the stage at 6pm!
