Johnny filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against Amber for her claims of domestic abuse in a “Washington Post” Op-Ed. This particular case has a slew of celebrity witnesses that include JAMES FRANCO and ELON MUSK. Not sure if they’ll show up and take the stand.

Bobby Rydell, the pop singer and onetime teen idol from Philadelphia who starred opposite Ann-Margret and Dick Van Dyke in Bye Bye Birdie, has died. He was 79. Rydell died Tuesday at Phila’s Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He was still touring and scheduled to perform at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City in June.
