Six years old waiting on a [heart] transplant.” Blake paused at that point, and told the crowd, “Think y’all are having a bad day, put that into perspective right there, man.” Blake joked around a little more . . . and then they did the song. Wyatt’s mom posted a clip of it on social media, and wrote, “I don’t know if Blake will ever see this, but I want to let him know he is awesome and officially my favorite person.”
