KANYE WEST made it painfully clear that he wants KIM KARDASHIAN back, in a five-minute “Thanksgiving Prayer” he posted on Instagram. He also admitted that he’s made mistakes. He said, “All I think about every day is how I get my family back together and how I heal the pain that I’ve caused. I take accountability for my actions . . . The one thing that all my successes and failures have in common is me.” Then he proceeded to LIST those failures. One was alcohol. Next was his manic episode in 2016. He said that after that happened, he went on and off his medication, leading him to be “susceptible to other episodes.” Then he hit on his dip into politics. He said he lacked “proper preparation” and had, “no allies on either side.” He admitted that he embarrassed Kim when he revealed that they contemplated abortion when she got pregnant with their daughter North. Kanye also called himself out over his ego, his temper, and how he became a “self-righteous Christian” when he got saved. Another one of his failings is that he, “spent money like crazy.” The big question, of course, is . . . will any of this groveling get Kim back? Well on Saturday . . . AFTER the video came out, Kim and PETE DAVIDSON were spotted having breakfast at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where they took selfies with a Dutch tourist.

You may have heard that both of JIMMIE ALLEN’s daughters were very sick last week . . . and his wife Alexis really was having trouble getting them medical attention. Now all is well, although it was quite a ride. Jimmie’s six-week-old daughter Zara is the one who got the worst of it. She went from a coughing fit to being “unresponsive and turning color.” After the ambulance arrived they were able to hook her up to oxygen, and her color came back. She was diagnosed with a respiratory virus called RSV. Most people get over it in a week or two, but it can be very serious for infants and older adults. Zara spent five days in the hospital, and was sent home yesterday. Alexis shared the frightening details on Instagram, and thanked the EMTs and hospital staff for saving her daughter. She included photos of herself and Jimmie keeping vigil.
On Wednesday night, Mitchell Tenpenny proposed to his longtime girlfriend, fellow singer-songwriter Meghan Patrick, at Losers Bar & Grill in Nashville. “I met Meghan here so it was the perfect place — and hey, I got engaged ‘at the end of a bar!'” He jokes, alluding to the title of his song with Chris Young. He tells PEOPLE he decided to propose this week because “I wanted both of our families to be here.” Tenpenny, 32, says he asked Patrick’s father for her hand the last time her family was in Nashville “and he gave me his blessing.” He also shared that he wrote “I Can’t Love You Any More” about her.
