Did you catch Brandi Carlili‘s recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show?

Brandi stopped by and chatted with Ellen about her recent book, music, her upcoming appearance on Saturday Night Live (Oct. 23rd), and Brandi also shared that her obsession with Nintendo games is spilling over into her Halloween plans.

Along with breaking out her British impression, Brandi also broke out her guitar and sang her song “If There Was No You” as a thank you for the impact that Ellen and her show has had on Brandi and so many others.

Beach Boys founder Brian Wilson has died.  His family didn’t announce the exact date or cause of death, but he was diagnosed with dementia and placed in a conservatorship last year.  He was 82.
