He was driving on Hillsboro Road, about 20 miles south of Nashville when he rammed into a line of trees. A Sheriff’s Deputy arrived and hauled him off to the Williamson County Jail where he was booked on a DUI charge at 7:20 A.M. He posted a $2,500 bond and was released a few hours later, at 10:17 A.M. At this point RASCAL FLATTS’ public relations reps aren’t saying much. Same with Joe Don’s people.
