The “New York Times” dug up some court documents in which Britney Spears described her conservatorship arrangement as “oppressive”, and said her dad Jamie Spears had too much control. That includes giving her a $2,000 weekly allowance, even though she’s worth $60 MILLION . . . telling her who she can be friends with, and regulating all her personal decisions, down to the color of her kitchen cabinets. And she said the consequences for disobeying daddy were, “very harsh.” A court investigator who spoke to Britney in 2016 said, “She is sick of being taken advantage of and she said she is the one working and earning her money but everyone around her is on her payroll. “Britney will actually speak at a hearing today.  It’s not clear what she’ll say.  Jamie’s attorney says that if Britney wanted out, she could have petitioned the court anytime over the past 13 years to end the conservatorship. Although Britney’s attorneys have suggested over the years that she’s AFRAID to go against him.

There was an altercation between HEATH SANDERS and a female singer named KRISTY LEE on Saturday at Eddie’s Attic in Georgia.  A police report was filed but no one was arrested because of “conflicting statements.” It happened in the green room when Kristy reached around him to grab her guitar case.  Kristy, who is openly gay, says he hit her on the side of the face three times, grabbed her by the throat, and used homophobic slurs. Heath says she was swearing up a storm and accusing him of touching her guitar.  Then she grabbed his shirt with both of her hands . . . so he “grabbed her by the neck and pushed her against the wall, and told her to calm down.” Heath’s guitar player pulled him away, and that’s when Kristy left the green room to tell the manager.  The officer who filed the report said Kristy’s “ear was red” but there were no other marks.  She declined medical attention. The investigation is ongoing.  In the meantime, Heath hit up Instagram with his side of the story, and Kristy did the same.

We have another piece of evidence that KACEY MUSGRAVES is dating that writer named Cole Schafer.  He shared a photo yesterday on Instagram of them looking like a couple.  She’s on his lap and nudging up against his cheek. And the caption really sells it.  He wrote, “I’m trying like hell not to write about her.”  She also added a black heart emoji in the comments section.  They may not be officially a couple, but they’re more than just friends.
