In 2015, Blake Shelton‘s hit “Honey Bee” is certified triple-platinum

In 2012, Eric Church is double certified first his album Sinners Like Me went Gold, and his song “Springsteen” was Platinum

Started with a Grand Ole Opry note, and ending with one too…On this day way back in 1949 Hank Williams made his debut on the Opry

Beach Boys founder Brian Wilson has died.  His family didn’t announce the exact date or cause of death, but he was diagnosed with dementia and placed in a conservatorship last year.  He was 82. Wilson was plagued by drug addiction and mental illness throughout his life.  By 1964 he had stopped touring with the band.…
