PAUL MCCARTNEY is 78 years old and practices EYE YOGA. He learned it years ago from a yogi in India.  Here’s the routine . . .Quote, “Head still, and then you look up as far as you can, one, two, three, go back to the middle, then down, one, two, three, then back to the middle.  You do three lots of that, then go to the left and the right. Now you’ve got a cross, up and down, and sideways, now you do the diagonals. Your eyes are muscles whereas your ears aren’t, so you can’t exercise your ears.  But your eyes, you can.”

Everyone thinks MEGHAN MARKLE dropped into PRINCE HARRY’s life, brainwashed him, and tore him away from his family.  But he says he’s wanted out since he was a kid. On DAX SHEPARD’s “Armchair Expert” podcast, he said, “When I was in my early 20s, I had a case of, ‘I don’t want this job.  I don’t want to be here, I don’t want to be doing this. Look what it did to my mom.  How am I going to settle down and have a wife and a family when I know that it’s going to happen again?'” He added that having his own family gave him the same feeling of helplessness he had as a child when he was, “in the back of a car while my mom was being chased by the paparazzi.”

Two years ago, JADEN SMITH launched his “I Love You” food truck, to feed the homeless in L.A.’s Skid Row area.  And now he’s turning it into a restaurant. He’ll fund it by encouraging people who CAN pay to pay MORE, in order to fund the free meals for those in need. There’s no word when or where it’ll open.

Tickets for the upcoming NFL season went on sale yesterday, and the HOTTEST game is in Week Four. That’s when TOM BRADY makes his first return to New England as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  It’s happening on October 3rd. As of last night . . . the cheapest prices for a single seat on the secondary market were around $1,100.  And if you want a GREAT seat at the 50-yard line, you’ll have to pay up to $12K. Chances are, the prices will only go UP as we get closer to the game. For comparison, prices for the Patriots’ home game against the New Orleans Saints the week before start at around $300. If Brady keeps up his current pace for passing yards per game, he’ll surpass Drew Brees for the NFL’s career passing record . . . DURING that Week Four game in New England.

“Where Have You Gone”, Alan Jackson.  This is his 16th album, and first new release in six years.

  • “Hot Beer”, Dillon Carmichael. He’s the nephew of country singer John Michael Montgomery and Montgomery Gentry’s Eddie Montgomery. This six song EP includes a cover of Montgomery Gentry’s “Lucky Man”.
  • “All of Your Stones”, southern rockers The Steel Woods. It includes a cover of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “I Need You” that features Ashley Monroe.

ALAN JACKSON’s new album “Where Have You Gone” is out today.  Alan said, “Country music is gone . . . and it’s not coming back.  I’m 62 years old . . . I’m not some 30-year-old stud.  It’s not the same, but somebody has to bring it back.” Alan said, “Real country songs are life and love and heartache.  They’re drinking, singing about Mama and having a good time, sad things, fun things.” That’s what you’ll find on the new album, which he describes as “harder country” than anything he’s ever done. “It’s not old-school, it’s the real school.”

JIMMIE ALLEN is very proud of the striped bass he recently hauled in.  It’s huge.  He posted a photo yesterday and wrote, “This fish ’bout kicked my butt.  But I got him in finally.”

If you have a burning desire to be a country star, but you’re not ready to move to Nashville yet, post videos of yourself on YouTube.  That’s how TENILLE ARTS got discovered when she was 15.  A manager reached out after seeing her clips, and that got her going in the right direction.  She’s 27 now.

Studio lot in Burbank. Yesterday the first teaser trailer for the special was also released, which features silhouettes of the six walking arm-in-arm on their old backlot, as an instrumental version of the show’s theme song — The Rembrandts’ “I’ll Be There for You” — plays in the background. John Mulaney and Olivia Munn are dating, a source tells ET. The news comes days after confirmation on Monday that Mulaney and his wife, Anna Marie Tendler, had split after six years of marriage.

Katie Holmes and Emilio Vitolo Jr. have broken up. A spokesperson for the 42-year-old actress says that “the pair have parted ways amicably but remain friends.” According to the outlet, Holmes’ relationship with the 33-year-old chef just “fizzled” and that there is no bad blood between the two following their split.

Congrats are in order for former Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe and her new fiancé, Jason Tartick! Tartick, 32, proposed to Bristowe, 35, in Nashville, Tennessee, Monday afternoon, and now we’re sharing all the details and adorable first-look photos from their engagement. The proposal went down while they were filming an episode of Bristowe’s Off the Vine podcast together. The bride-to-be was told she would be interviewing a special surprise guest, but found out around the 30-minute mark that that was not happening. Jason’s said, ‘Kaitlyn, we’re not doing a podcast.’ And she said, ‘You forgot to hit record, didn’t you!'” He said, ‘No, this is something else,’ and he got up and brought out a ring box from the drawer.” Kaitlyn was so embarrassed, because she was wearing a T-shirt that said, ‘Tequila for Breakfast,'”

Robert De Niro is recovering after suffering a leg injury.  The 77-year-old actor suffered “a mild leg injury” while on location in Oklahoma for his upcoming movie, Killers of the Flower Moon. Details on the injury’s cause and severity have yet to be released. ET has reached out to De Niro’s rep for comment. The film will move forward as scheduled and there will not be delays at this time, as De Niro has already shot the scenes needed at this point in production.

On Sunday Luke Bryan will get up from his American Idol judges chair and stand on the stage to share with the audience the fifth single from his Born Here, Live Here, Die Here (Deluxe Edition) album. That extended project was released in April and has already produced four consecutive No. 1 singles. “Waves,” is the song that Luke will be performing on Sunday. On July 8, Luke will embark on his Proud to Be Right Here Tour, launching from Syracuse, N.Y. He’ll have company in Dylan Scott, Caylee Hammack, Runaway June and DJ Rock, who are all set to join him on the tour, which currently lists 32 dates, stretching into October – including July 9th in Hershey. Shortly after wrapping up the tour in California, Luke will hit the beaches of Mexico for his seventh destination concert event, Crash My Playa. Thomas Rhett’s “Heaven Down Here” — from his 2020 album Country Things, Side A — covers new ground for him. The song is the first time he’s written about a good friend who died as Thomas’s career was just getting started. Before he and his wife Lauren got married in 2012, their friend Hunter — who grew up across the street from Lauren and was like a sibling to her — died in a freak accident, when he fell off a rope swing and hit his head. In “Heaven Right Now,” over an acoustic melody, Rhett talks to Hunter, telling him what’s been happening with his family and friends, and at their old hangouts.
