We’ve had FIVE “Jeopardy!” guest hosts so far, and some have definitely been better than others.  If you’re wondering how they’ve been doing in the rankings, here are the numbers so far:

Ken Jennings was the first person to take the podium following Alex Trebek’s death, and so far, he’s done the best, with an average Nielsen rating of 6.  “Jeopardy!” producer Mike Richards is second with a 5.9.

Aaron Rodgers is third with a 5.6 . . . but that’s after only ONE WEEK.  His second-week ratings weren’t in yet when the list was compiled.  Katie Couric is next with a 5.5.  And Dr. Oz brings up the rear with an average rating of 5.1.

The rating represents the number of TV households estimated to be watching a show.  According to Nielsen, there are 121 million TV households in the U.S.  So Aaron’s 5.6 means that 5.6% of those households were watching him. Anderson Cooper just started his first two-week stint guest-hosting.

Bill Whitaker: May 3-14

Buzzy Cohen: May 17-28

Mayim Bialik: May 31-June 11

Savannah Guthrie: June 14-25

PRINCE HARRY met with his father and his brother after the funeral of PRINCE PHILIP . . . but CHARLES and WILLIAM insisted they meet with him together.

Neither wanted a one-on-one with Harry, because they don’t TRUST him.  They wanted to be each other’s witnesses, in case Harry’s camp tried to twist their words later on. There’s no word if any fences were mended, but another source says Harry wrote a “deeply personal” letter to his dad before arriving in London, because Charles had cut off all communication with him. In his letter, Harry explained his reasons for leaving, and promised to respect the monarchy.

Ever hear a musician say they had to “kick down doors” to get noticed?  It’s just a saying, of course, but TRAVIS TRITT did something about as drastic to turn heads when he was starting out. “I realized ‘I gotta do something to get these people’s attention,’ because I was just kind of background music that they weren’t really paying attention to.”  So he bought a Stratocaster guitar, a Fender twin amplifier, and a 100-foot guitar cord. “I brought that back to my stage, and by the third set, I pulled out that Stratocaster, and I would literally run out and jump on top of people’s tables.  I’m kickin’ empty beer bottles over, the whole deal.  They had no choice.” He’s won four CMAs and two Grammys, so the stunts did the trick.  And he’s still a force.  His new album, “Set In Stone”, will be out May 7th.

Kelsea Ballerini appears to be working on her fourth album, if you believe what you see on social media. She posted a series of snapshots from a writing retreat she took in early April with in-demand Nashville songwriters Nicolle Galyon and Jimmy Robbins. Both are frequent collaborators for Ballerini; in fact, the same songwriting trio produced “Homecoming Queen?” “Songs, dominos, wine,” Ballerini writes with the snapshots from the songwriting retreat, which took place in Columbia, Tenn., a little less than an hour south of Nashville. The pictures show the three friends writing songs, enjoying their picturesque surroundings and, of course, sharing a few drinks as they work on new music:

The late Walter Mondale wrote a poignant farewell to his staff to thank them for all the work they’ve done.

Gabby Barrett became a mom in January when she and husband Cade Foehner welcomed daughter Baylah May, which means that the “I Hope” singer now has another full-time job in addition to her music career. Ahead of the ACM Awards on Sunday, Barrett was surprised with a win for New Female Artist of the Year, though her celebration wasn’t as glamorous as you might think. “I went back and changed a dirty diaper,” she told reporters in a virtual press room during Sunday night’s show. “That’s what I did.” Thanks to her win, Barrett performed during this year’s ACMs with Foehner on stage with her, marking the new parents’ second night away from their daughter. “Two days ago was the first day,” Barrett said. “This is another evening that’s very hard for me to be away from her.” In addition to expanding her family, the 21-year-old has achieved a number of milestones over the past year including releasing her debut album, Goldmine, and earning two No. 1 songs with “I Hope” and “The Good Ones.”

MIRANDA LAMBERT and BRANDI CARLILE are featured in episodes of DAVE GROHL’s Paramount+ TV series, “From Cradle to Stage”.  It’s inspired by a book he wrote with his mom, Virginia.  Miranda’s episode is May 20th and Brandi’s is May 27th.

Former “Seinfeld” star MICHAEL RICHARDS is being sued by a neighbor for cutting down her trees to get a better ocean view.

Earth Day is right around the corner and as the climate change crisis persists, it’s more important than ever to raise awareness about environmentalism. That’s why iconic TV host Bill Nye The Science Guy has tapped several musicians including Justin Bieber and Jack Harlow to join him in an Earth Day-themed musical. Earth Day! The Musical takes place on April 22 and follows Nye as he and a handful of celebrities and activists share information about how individuals can do their part to help curb the effects of climate change. Other celebrities slated to join Bieber, Harlow, and Nye include Cody Simpson, Tori Kelly, Zac Efron, and Nick Kroll. The event will stream on Facebook and also showcase the important work of several entrepreneurs trying to make the world a better place. CEO Alexia Akbay will highlight their Hawaii-based company Symbrosia, which uses seaweed to reduce livestock methane, and 18-year-old Jerome Foster II will discuss how he became the youngest member of the Biden White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council. Earth Day! The Musical premieres 4/22 at 12 p.m. ET.

Baby Shark is back!
