Four days after going missing in a canoe accident, the body of Maeve Kennedy Townsend McKean — Robert F. Kennedy‘s granddaughter — has been found. The search for the body of her young son Gideon will resume tomorrow. The boat was recovered last Thursday, Maeve’s body was recovered at about 5:31 p.m. on Monday about 2.5 miles away from her mother’s waterfront property in Shady Side, Maryland, in about 25 feet of water.  Maeve, 40, and Gideon, 8, went missing on Thursday. Her husband David McKean said the mother-son pair had “popped into a canoe” in order to retrieve a ball that had fallen into the water. “They just got farther out than they could handle and couldn’t get back in,”

 

British Prime Minister BORIS JOHNSON was moved to intensive care, after his COVID-19 symptoms took a turn for the worse.  But he’s not on a ventilator, and a spokesman says he’s receiving “excellent care.” Johnson is 55 years old.​

Matthew and his family, including his mother, joined a Zoom call with residents of a senior living facility in Texas, and it sounds like everyone had a blast. The facility posted a video, and said,”Thank you to Matthew, his wife Camila, and his mom Kay for hosting our residents for a few rounds of virtual bingo!  “Our residents had a great time playing, and they loved talking with Matthew about his family heritage and his favorite drink.”​

Actress HONOR BLACKMAN died yesterday at the age of 94.  She’s famous for playing the Bond Girl “Pussy Galore” in “Goldfinger” . . . Dr. Cathy Bates in the ’60s spy series “The Avengers” . . . and she had the Katherine Helmond role in the British version of “Who’s the Boss”.

LUKE BRYAN posted a great screen shot from his performance on Sunday’s “ACM Presents: Our Country”.  It showed Blake Shelton’s name instead of his.  Luke captioned it, “I gotta work harder.” That opened the floodgates for comments.  Blake wrote, “Wow, look at my spray tan everyone.”  Jason Aldean and Karen Fairchild posted “tears of joy” emojis, and Dylan Scott wrote, “Love watching you on ‘The Voice’.”

During a video chat with JENNIFER LOPEZREESE WITHERSPOON suggested there might be a “Legally Blonde 3” in the works.

TYLER HUBBARD posted a clip of the chaos in BRIAN KELLEY’s living room that did NOT get shown when Florida Georgia Line performed on Sunday’s “ACM Presents: Our Country”.  It’s Tyler’s two kids having a complete meltdown.

SHANIA TWAIN wants you to spend your time in quarantine by “getting back to books.”  That’s what she says in a video on Instagram.  She walks into her bedroom carrying a stack of about 15 books . . . and then climbs into bed announcing plans to curl up with a Robin Williams biography, and the “Heart of Texas” series.​

 

 

The CBS drama series All Rise will be producing a “virtual” episode surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic by shooting footage in the actors’ homes and using visual effects to create backgrounds.  The Executive producer said, “It’s a unique chance for our All Rise family to band together – in our different homes, even cities – to tell a story about resilience, justice and the power of community.”

The NFL draft will be conducted in a virtual format, with team personnel working from their homes. In a memo sent to the 32 teams Monday, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell outlined procedures for the April 23-25 draft. The guidelines include no group gatherings.​
