MEG RYAN was spotted without her engagement ring, and sources say she and JOHN MELLENCAMP have broken up again. They got engaged last November.

TAYLOR SWIFT remembers her early 20s, when people basically reduced her as both a person and an artist to who she was dating . . . which she considers a form of slut-shaming. She sees it happening with other female artists, and she is NOT okay with it. She says, “I don’t want that to keep happening and I don’t think people understand how easy it is to infer that someone who’s a female artist or a female in our industry is somehow doing something wrong by wanting love, wanting money, wanting success. Women are not allowed to want those things the way that men are allowed to want them.” Here’s her message to those women: “Do not let anything stop you from making art. Just make things.  Do not get so caught up in this that it stops you from making art.  Or if you need to, make art about ‘this’, but never stop making things.”

KANE BROWN and his wife Katelyn welcomed their first child into the world on Tuesday. He posted an photo of the three of them and captioned it, “KB3, welcome to the family, Kingsley Rose Brown.” The KB3 is a reference to her name.  All three of them have first names that begin with a “K” . . . and it sounds like they’re going to continue with that theme.

The TYLER HUBBARD family went to a Halloween party dressed as characters from “Frozen”. His wife Hayley posted the pic and wrote, “The things you do for your kids.  I’m beginning to enjoy Halloween a little more these days.”  Their daughter Olivia will be two in December, and their son Luca was born in August.

RILEY GREEN was asked about the “worst Halloween mischief” he and his buddies did as kids. He said they used to plant plastic forks in yards. “Me and my buddies would put a lot of forks in each other’s yard because it takes a long time to pick them up.  It takes a long time to put them in there too, but it was the next day that was really the win.” According to Riley’s record company, you plant the handle of the fork into the ground so that the tines are sticking up.  And it can be hundreds or even thousands of them.

LITTLE BIG TOWN got “Mission: Impossible – Fallout” actress MICHELLE MONAGHAN to star in their “Over Drinking” video. She plays a maintenance worker in a honky-tonk who seems to be having man problems.  And then she rides the mechanical bull while the customers make it rain.

Does MIRANDA LAMBERT whip out her phone and shoot video every time her husband Brendan McLoughlin takes off his shirt? Her excuse this time is that she’s trying out a new Instagram filter.

PopCulture.com has video of what may be the last live performance of MONTGOMERY GENTRY. It was recorded shortly before TROY GENTRY died in that helicopter crash in 2017 . . . and they’re doing their song “Outskirts”.  EDDIE MONTGOMERY says, “A big thanks to our friends who sent in their videos of me and [Troy] performing this one.  It’s so special to me.”

“The 13th Scariest Movies of All Time” at 8:00 p.m. on the CW. Dean Cain is your host for the countdown.
