KEVIN FEDERLINE accused BRITNEY SPEARS’ father, Jamie Spears, of abusing their 13-year-old son Sean. Kevin filed a police report on August 25th saying there was some kind of altercation while Britney and her two sons were at Jamie’s house. Jamie reportedly broke through a door to get to Sean, and shook him violently. Kevin also got a restraining order against Jamie on behalf of the kids. Britney did not oppose it. Kevin and Britney also agreed recently to an arrangement that gives Kevin 70% custody of the boys, while Britney gets them unsupervised for the other 30%. They’ve already been doing it this way for the past year, but now it’s official. Kevin’s attorney says that Kevin wants the boys to have “continuing and meaningful contact” with their mother, but he believes this arrangement is in their best interest.

DIERKS BENTLEY went fishing without a license in Colorado . . . and had to pay a $139.50 fine because of it. Even worse, his fans are the ones who ratted him out. Dierks and Luke Bryan were comparing fishing stories on stage at the Seven Peaks Festival over the weekend. So somebody decided to pass the word onto the Colorado Parks and Wildlife, just in case they didn’t have the proper licenses. Turns out they didn’t, but there still had to be evidence before officials could spring into action. And wouldn’t you know it, Dierks made it easy by posting a pic where he’s holding a brown trout that he caught in Cottonwood Creek, Colorado. After that made the rounds a local cop saw him walking through town and the next thing you know he’s in the officer’s truck paying the fee in cash. Luke didn’t incriminate himself by posting photos so he’s still off the hook. But a Colorado Parks spokesman did say that “the case is under investigation.”
“Men’s Fitness” went to JON PARDI’s house to ask him about his healthy lifestyle. They call it “Gym and Fridge”. As for the gym part: He works out three times a week with dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls. Those go under his bus and travel with him when he’s on the road. If there’s a time crunch he does pushups, sit-ups, planks, and jump squats. And when they made him rifle through his fridge, he admitted he stocked it with healthy stuff because he knew they were coming. Why else would there be lettuce, broccoli, asparagus, AND kombucha? He did admit to eating eggs every day for breakfast, plus a lot of barbecue and elk meat from his hunting trips to Montana. Also, he loves pickles . . . there were several jars of them. When he was asked about satisfying his sweet tooth, out came the container of red vines.
Haley Smith — a former contestant on “American Idol”in 2012 — died Saturday after crashing her motorcycle in Maine. Police say it appears she failed to make a sharp turn along a residential road that becomes a highway in certain sections. Police say she was pronounced dead at the scene. Her father, Mike Smith, said Haley was riding on a country road and her family believes a deer might’ve caused the accident — as he implied she was a good rider, and they doubt she simply lost control of her bike. Haley was 26, and her family says they were preparing to celebrate her birthday this upcoming November.
