Some HUGE records were broken at the box office this weekend. “Avengers: Endgame” finally slipped past “Avatar” to become the highest grossing movie of ALL TIME worldwide. “Endgame” has made $2.79 billion globally. As for this past weekend, the new “Lion King” movie was a MASSIVE success. It made $185 million in its first weekend out . . . and $531 million worldwide. And here are some of the records it set:

Midland singer MARK WYSTRACH is going to be a dad. He and his fiancée, Ty Haney, are going to have a baby girl . . . and they’re due in November. Universal Pictures announced that it will release Halloween sequel movies in 2020 and 2021. Both films will star Jamie Lee Curtis. Halloween Kills will open on October 16, 2020 and Halloween Ends will open October 21, 2021. Last year’s Halloween was the highest-grossing installment in the franchise by making $250 million.
