Everyone thought there was another editing error on “Game of Thrones” this week, but they were WRONG. The character Jaime Lannister lost his hand in Season 3, and has been wearing a gold, FAKE hand ever since. Yesterday, an image from Sunday’s episode started circulating of Jaime with his REAL HAND back. Except it wasn’t. The image NEVER appeared in the episode. It was a promotional photo that was taken way back when the episode was filmed.

Fox renewed “Empire” for a sixth season, also “9-1-1”, “Bob’s Burgers”, “Family Guy”, “Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back”, “Hell’s Kitchen”, “Last Man Standing”, “MasterChef Junior”, “The Orville” . . .”Paradise Hotel”, “The Resident”, “The Simpsons”, which is entering its 31st season, and “The Masked Singer”. The shows Fox canceled include: “The Cool Kids”, “The Gifted”, “Gotham”, “Lethal Weapon”, “Love Connection”, “The Passage”, “Proven Innocent”, “Rel”, “Star”, “The Four: Battle for Stardom” and”Menta Samuri” – in limbo. The fates of Fox’s summer shows like “So You Think You Can Dance” and “MasterChef” won’t be decided until after their upcoming seasons air. Fox acquired “WWE Smackdown” and since it’s a 2-hour show, it’ll fill their Friday primetime lineup for all 52 weeks of the year. Fox also has “Thursday Night Football”. Among their 10 new scripted shows . . . there’s a “9-1-1” spin-off called “9-1-1: Lone Star”, which will star Rob Lowe. There’s a new animated show called “Bless the Harts”, another animated comedy called “Duncanville”. And there’s a third animated comedy called “The Great North”. There’s a soap-style drama called “Filthy Rich”.
Hollywood legend DORIS DAY died yesterday after contracting pneumonia. She was 97. She was most famous for her films with ROCK HUDSON, including “Pillow Talk”, and for the song “Que Sera, Sera”.
FELICITY HUFFMAN pleaded guilty yesterday to cheating to get her daughter into college. Prosecutors want her to do 4 – 10 months behind bars and pay a $20,000 fine. She will be sentenced Sept13th.
HALLE BERRY didn’t start to have kids until after she was 40, and she recommends it. “You’re so much more ready to be a parent . . . you can really put your kids forward I think in a more meaningful way.”
Remember last year when the Aussie crowds pressured country stars like LUKE BRYAN and LUKE COMBS into doing a “shoey?” It’s where you drink alcohol out of a shoe, or boot, or some kind of footwear. Well, they tried that on KACEY MUSGRAVES at her show in Sydney on Sunday and she wouldn’t play. First she tried to be nice by pointing out that she was wearing open-toed shoes so it wouldn’t work with her footwear. So somebody offered her their cowboy boot, and that grossed her out.
