You may have heard that CHASE RICE injured himself while shooting his “Eyes On You” video. He tore a pectoral muscle and had to go under the knife. And even though he’s wearing a sling he’s doing okay. He posted a video of himself on Instagram and said he’s pretty excited about how the video turned out. However, he’s not excited about a certain part of his recovery. “They said I couldn’t have pizza . . . whatever. I’ll have some grilled chicken or something and make it nice.” He also promised to be at his show this Friday in Myrtle Beach, so it’s clearly not going to stop him from performing.
72-year-old Dolly Parton admitted she’s endured plenty of private woes. In the early 80’s she underwent a partial hysterectomy and was told she’d never be able to have children with her husband, Carl Thomas Dean. Parton sank into a two-year depression and was forced to scale back her professional commitments. It was also around the same time when Parton wrestled with guilt over an emotional affair that left her heartbroken. Parton was so rattled by her feelings for another man that she even contemplated suicide. “I looked at it a long time,” she said about eyeing her gun at the time. “Then, just as I picked it up, our little dog, Popeye, came running up the stairs. The tap-tap of his paws jolted me back to reality. I suddenly froze and I put the gun down.” Parton said it was then when she started to pray, begging for God’s help. “A belief in God is essential,” she stressed. Parton and Dean even built their own small chapel on the grounds of their farm in Tennessee. They both spend time there every day. Their love has gotten stronger – Dolly still enjoys cooking for Carl, and he still writes her love poems.
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are the proud parents of a baby boy. The 32 year old model announced late Wednesday that their son had arrived.
