Someone broke into RIHANNA’s home in the Hollywood Hills and STAYED THE NIGHT. Rihanna was NOT home at the time. The police were alerted when the security company got suspicious that her alarm had been tampered with. When they showed up, they found a 26-year-old guy, and they arrested him for felony stalking. It’s unclear if he’ll face additional charges. TMZ says he resisted arrest, and had to be TASED. He’s being held on $150,000 bail.
We’ve heard KANE BROWN talk about being raised by a single mom and how they were so poor they lived in a car. He’s always given her props for doing the best she could. Well, in a new interview he opens up about something that she held back for a very long time – ” I didn’t know I was mixed [race] until I turned nine years old, which is wild.”I just thought I was all white because I didn’t know my dad. My mom ended up telling me and I was like, ‘What? What do you mean? So I started learning all kinds of different new things.” Kane’s only met his father twice, but it sounds like he harbors no hard feelings . . . and that goes back to his mom again. He says he was raised to “love people” and “give back.”
CARRIE UNDERWOOD was on yesterday’s “Today Show” . . . and HODA KOTB asked her about “the fall” and the scar on her lip. They also talked about her song “Cry Pretty”. They both admitted that crying is something they just need to do once in a while. Carrie said, “I feel like people relate to [the song] because it’s like, ‘oh man . . . sometimes you just have to let it out.'” Hoda said she cries in the bathroom because “there’s no other escape hatch.” Carrie said people have been telling her about all the places they go to cry. She’s heard closet, shower . . . bathroom. And then she revealed her special place. “I feel like my car kind of is for me because [it’s] just that you feel safe in your little bubble car.”

CHRIS STAPLETON made a surprise appearance at JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE’s concert in Nashville on Wednesday. They performed “Say Something”, which is up for two CMT Music Awards. And since everyone will always love their version of “Tennessee Whiskey”, they did that too.
Mother’s Day has ERIC PASLAY thinking about his mom who brings laughter to the family. “She’d be the fun mom, just goofing off in the sprinklers outside or we’d go out and play in the rain and all that stuff growing up. She’s always good to be around . . . always happy.”
LAUREN ALAINA wouldn’t be able to do what she does without the support of her mom. “I honestly would not be able to do it without my mom. [She’s] got my back. My mom would walk through a fire pit for me, and I’d do the same for her.”
JON PARDI says his mom is an angel who takes care of people who aren’t even in the family. “She’s just a good human being. There’s not one mean bone in her body. And she cries about every time I talk to her. She always worries about me. I have to tell her, ‘Stop worrying about me.'”
