Although the Nashville Predators’ season came to a close last night (June 11) as the Pittsburgh Penguins defeated the Preds in Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final, Smashville can still be proud of its incredible season.

During the Preds playoff run, the hockey-loving world took notice of Nashville’s fanfare, crowd support and love of catfish. In addition, before each home playoff game, fans were treated to a star-studded performance of the national anthem. From Carrie Underwood to Faith Hill, and everyone in between, Nashville lived up to its Music City moniker
