Giant Asteroid Passing by Earth Inspires Today’s Cosmically Hilarious 10-Minute Tune

Singer/songwriter Jeffrey East stopped by NASH morning show Ty, Kelly & Chuck for today’s 10-minute tune, which challenges artists to craft a song—in 10 minutes or less—on a relevant topic of the day.

With news that an asteroid will be visible in the sky today (April 19), Jeffrey summoned his intergalactic know-how to create a “Humble and Kind”-inspired song called “Don’t Worry, I’m Just Passing By.”

“Humble and Kind” songwriter Lori McKenna even gave Jeffrey’s song her vote of approval on Twitter. Check out the song below.
