Watch Willie Nelson Get “On the Road Again” in New Volkswagen Commercial

Willie Nelson has gotten a lot of mileage out of his 1980 No. 1 hit “On the Road Again.” In addition to winning a Grammy for Best Country Song in 1981 and earning an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Song in the movie Honeysuckle Rose, the tune has been featured in Forrest Gump, South Park, Family Guy and more.

With gas prices hovering around $2, Willie is getting a little extra mileage out of “On the Road Again” in a new commercial for the Volkswagen Passat—and there’s even a Willie lookalike who gets behind the wheel of a vintage VW Beetle.
