Dan + Shay’s Shay Mooney Gets Engaged

Congratulations going out to Shay Mooney of the country duo Dan+Shay and his girlfriend Hannah Billingsley, who are engaged.

According to Shay’s twitter page the “19 You + Me” singer proposed to his girlfriend and she said yes. “I liked it…so I put a ring on it,” Shay posted in his tweet referencing Beyonce’s “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it)” hit song. “I’m the luckiest man in the world. @HLB15 I love you.”

It’s been a good week for Shay as Dan+ Shay’s current single, “From The Ground Up” is currently climbing the charts sitting at No. 5 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.

Beach Boys founder Brian Wilson has died.  His family didn’t announce the exact date or cause of death, but he was diagnosed with dementia and placed in a conservatorship last year.  He was 82.
