PAMELA ANDERSON apparently believes the FIFTH time is the charm because she embarked on Marriage #5 Monday night. Her new husband is producer Jon Peters.  He’s 74, Pam is 52. They dated back in the ’80s, but reconnected a few months ago, and kept their relationship on the down low. Peters says, “There are beautiful girls everywhere.  I could have my pick, but for 35 years I’ve only wanted Pamela.  She makes me wild . . . in a good way.” And Pam says, “Jon is the original ‘bad boy’ of Hollywood.  No one compares. We love each other without conditions.  I’m a lucky woman.  Proof God has a plan.” Pam was previously married to Tommy Lee, Kid Rock, and Rick Salomon . . . best known as the guy in the Paris Hilton sex tape.  She married him TWICE. Peters has also had four marriages – most famously to actress Lesley Ann Warren from 1967 to 1974.  He was a HAIRDRESSER at the time.  That’s how he met and started a relationship with Barbra Streisand. That also started his career as a major player in Hollywood.  He got a production credit on Barbra’s version of “A Star Is Born”, and also produced the most recent remake with Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga. His other credits include “Caddyshack”, “Flashdance”, “The Color Purple”, “Rain Man”, and the first two Michael Keaton “Batman” movies.  Jon and Pam first met at the Playboy Mansion when she was around 18 – which would have made him around 40.  He offered to help her with her career and advised her not to pose for the magazine.  Obviously, she didn’t listen.

Lori Loughlin’s daughters, Bella Rose Giannulli and Olivia Jade Giannulli, will be called to testify in college admissions case if their mother doesn’t change her plea to guilty.

In the “Good Morning America” interview that aired yesterday, OZZY OSBOURNE revealed that he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, after being treated for a bad fall in his home last February. His wife SHARON said, “It’s not a death sentence by any stretch of the imagination, but it does affect certain nerves in your body. And it’s like you have a good day, a good day and then a really bad day.” One of the hardest things for Ozzy has been not working.  He said, “Coming from a working-class background, I hate to let people down.  I hate to not do my job . . . [it] gets me down because I can’t contribute to my family.” But he added, “I ain’t done yet.  I ain’t gonna go anywhere yet.”

CHASE RICE will be performing on next Monday’s “The Bachelor” – and that’s good exposure for him, but there’s a twist. In the episode, Bachelor PETER WEBER takes contestant VICTORIA FULLER on a date that includes a private concert. And when she sees it’s Chase Rice she tells Peter that they dated.  Then the tears flow. Chase didn’t know any of this.  No one told him she was a contestant, and he’s not happy about it.  He said, “I don’t know exactly what happened.  I wish it wouldn’t have happened, but I understand it from their side of it. “They’ve got to make TV [but] it’s pretty surprising that they brought me into that, and I don’t think it’s a coincidence.  It’s either the reality TV gods, just some crazy coincidence or some producer did a really good job. Either way, it’s pretty weird they pulled me into that.  That’s a little jacked up they’re going to do that to me.  It was a pretty big surprise that wasn’t what I wanted.” Chase says he negotiated with the show for about a year, but he never thought they’d pull him into the storyline.

BLAKE SHELTON has released the official video to “Nobody But You”, his duet with GWEN STEFANI. If you like romance and stuff like that – you’ll love it!  He sings, she dances, they share a French Fry, they gaze at the ocean, they sing a little more . . . and Blake’s happy dog is jumping on them at end?

THOMAS RHETT posted a video of his lovely and very pregnant wife Lauren – while announcing that her due date is February 3rd. And when he asks her to predict the actual birth date, she says, “Well, I hope to God it is something sooner than February 3rd.”

NO ONE will win New Duo or Group of the Year at this year’s ACMs, because nobody qualified. Voting opened yesterday and ACM members who cast a ballot were given a note next to the New Duo or Group of the Year category that said:  “No Eligible Artists in this category and will not be awarded this year.”

CMT announced a new policy of “complete parity between male and female artists.” So from now on, half of all videos they play will be female artists, while the other half will be guys.  It used to be 40% female, and 60% male.

The Grammys are Sunday, and CMT.com revisited the list of Best Country Album nominees. They also included a track from each project. The albums are:  Eric Church’s “Desperate Man” . . . Reba McEntire’s “Stronger Than the Truth” . . . the Pistol Annies’ “Interstate Gospel” . . . Thomas Rhett’s “Center Point Road” . . . and Tanya Tucker’s “While I’m Livin'”.

Eric Church says there was more creative energy in the studio for “Desperate Man” than any album he’s ever recorded. It’s because the entire album was written, made, and conceived in the studio.
