SELENA GOMEZ seemed off during her performance at the “American Music Awards”. A source close to Selena said she had a PANIC ATTACK right before hitting the stage, “She was nervous.  She hasn’t been on stage in two years, and it’s an important song in her career.  She really wanted to deliver.” She performed her two new songs, “Lose You to Love Me”, and “Look at Her Now”. In an Instagram post, Selena said, “Feels good to be back.”  She hasn’t commented on the panic attack. Speaking of the “AMAs”, the ratings dipped to a record low, but some of the performers saw a boost in streams during and after the show.

In an interview with “Parade”, JASON ALDEAN talked about what he does to stay in shape when he’s on tour, and going to the local gym is one of them. “I work out a little bit. I like to play sports and really enjoy things like playing basketball.  I can get on a treadmill and run for 10 minutes and then I’m over it.  But I can play basketball for three hours and it doesn’t feel like I’m working out. Me and the band will go to a gym or a “Y” and just find a court and start playing.  And like I said, it just doesn’t feel like you’re working out when you’re having fun.” He’s also trying to stay in shape by cutting down on the junk food, drinking more water, and he’s all-in on the supplements. “I have these vitamin packs that I take every day.  It’s everything from vitamin C, to B vitamins and multivitamins.  It’s a pack of about 12 things that I take every day.  I’ve found that it [gives] me more energy out on the road.”

BILL COSBY remains unrepentant. He says, “I have eight years and nine months left.  When I come up for parole, they’re not going to hear me say that I have remorse.”

The “Tennessean” has 911 calls from drivers who saw SAM HUNT heading down the wrong side of the road last Thursday. It was just before 4:00 A.M. when the first calls came in.  They led to his DUI arrest soon after that. There are three calls, and it’s pretty chilling to hear them describe what’s going on.  It’s by the grace of God that nothing serious happened. One woman said, “Hi, I’m calling because [there’s] a car going the wrong direction on the highway.  It was a black SUV.  [It] was driving like there was nothing wrong, and it almost hit me head-on.” The next one is a guy who says, “You got a vehicle running southbound in northbound lanes [in] a Nissan Armada . . . in the fast lane.” And then one more guy:  “I’m on Ellington Parkway going south and there’s an SUV on the wrong side of the parkway.”

Yesterday Hoda Kotb announced that she and her boyfriend, financier Joel Schiffman, are engaged after 6 years together. The Today co-anchor shared the news live on air during this morning’s broadcast of the NBC morning show. “I have to tell you something. A friend of mine, a friend of ours, asked me to let you guys in on a secret. I’ll give you her initials. Her initials are Hoda Kotb, and she’s engaged!” Then she showed off her engagement ring and revealed that she had kept it hidden from the entire Today show crew, slipping it on right before she shared the news on camera.

HANNAH BROWN from “The Bachelorette” won “Dancing with the Stars” . . . and maybe she’s diving back into the next season of “The Bachelor”

It’s a time-honored tradition for many to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, but this year it could be missing a key element: its 16 giant character balloons. Officials in New York City may have to ground them due to windy conditions. They cannot be flown when sustained winds exceed 23 mph and gusts exceed 34 mph, per city regulations. 3 big storms to bring snow, rain and headaches on Thanksgiving week. In 1997, the iconic Cat in the Hat balloon injured four people after being overtaken by strong winds. The following year, city officials instituted new regulations for grounding the giant balloons. The National Weather Service is currently forecasting sustained winds of 22 mph and wind gusts of 39 mph during the parade. The sustained winds do not exceed the regulations, but the gusts do. Officials will have to monitor wind conditions. They’ll likely have to make that call on Thursday, as wind conditions can quickly change. The last time the parade’s balloons were grounded due to inclement weather was 1971, according to the New York Times.

TheBoot.com has a list of “10 Country Stars” they’d love to have at their Thanksgiving dinner table. Here’s the list:  Brenda Lee, Bill Anderson, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, Reba McEntire, Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Brad Paisley, Brothers Osborne, and Thomas Rhett.

RODNEY ATKINS kept it in the family on his “Thank God for You” video. His 18-year-old son Elijah plays a younger version of Rodney in the first part.  And then it goes to present day Rodney, and that’s when you see his wife Rose Falcon playing, well, herself.
