MARCH 8, 2019

It’s not uncommon for actors to take a little something from movie and TV sets . . . either as a memento, or for some other purpose. Here are some of the most interesting items

  1. Chris Hemsworth has several of Thor’s hammers from the Marvel movies. He even keeps one in his bathroom.
  2. Kristen Stewart took two rings from the “Twilight” movies: Bella’s engagement ring, and a mood ring Bella’s mom gave her.
  3. Chris Pratt took Star-Lord’s red jacket from “Guardians of the Galaxy” . . . but he did it so he could wear it when he visits children’s hospitals.
  4. Daniel Radcliffe has his glasses from the first “Harry Potter” movie and the last.
  5. Sophia Bush took the check that Millie wrote to Brooke when Clothes Over Bros first opened on “One Tree Hill”.
  6. Neil Patrick Harris took Barney’s playbook from the set of “How I Met Your Mother”. He also snagged the booth that the gang used to sit in at McLaren’s Pub.
  7. Aaron Paul stole Gus Fring’s blown-off head from the set of “Breaking Bad”. He keeps it in his living room.
  8. Jenna Fischer from “The Office” took the hair clip Pam wore almost every day.
  9. Ryan Reynolds took a “Deadpool” suit. And Andrew Garfield swiped his costume from “The Amazing Spider-Man 2”.
  10. Ralph Macchio took Daniel’s headband and trophy from “The Karate Kid” . . . and later got the infamous “wax on, wax off” car.

ALFONSO RIBEIRO has dropped his lawsuit against “Fortnite” for using the ‘Carlton Dance’ that he did on “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”. His lawyers say he’s voluntarily dismissing the suit. No reason was given, but his case was dealt a big blow last month, when the U.S. Copyright Office rejected his attempt to copyright the dance. At the time, a registration specialist said it was not registrable, because the moves are a “simple dance routine.”

NICK JONAS and JOHN STAMOS are having a fun social media back-and-forth. Nick posted a picture of himself wearing a John Stamos hoodie and John responded with a picture of himself sleeping on a Nick Jonas pillowcase.

It took JASON PRIESTLEY a few days, but yesterday he paid tribute to LUKE PERRY on Instagram. He said he’s in “so much pain” because Luke was a truly special person.  He added, “Goodnight Sweet Prince.”

There’s a lyric in DUSTIN LYNCH’s song “Ridin’ Roads” that was inspired by a crime that his cousins committed. What kind of crime? Here’s the lyric:  “I don’t know where we are / ‘Cause somebody stole the street signs / I’mma take my sweet time.” He tells “Billboard”, “My cousins [got] caught with 30-something street signs in their attic when they were in high school.  When you’re riding roads, sometimes you want to impress your friends and the girls and steal street signs.  “That line came from that memory of them getting caught and going to jail.  I think because that was a hard-earned memory, that is probably my favorite line.” “Ridin’ Roads” is the title track of his new EP that drops today.  He says it’s just a “kick-off of the next chapter” of his music.  He’s planning to release his fourth album later this year.

RILEY GREEN gets to host a hunting show AND go on tour as a country singer. It’s almost like he’s leading a charmed life, which is kind of how he got on TV in the first place. He got his break when Wayne Pearson asked him to host an episode of “Ultimate Outdoors”.  “I hunted for fun.  I was never a show guy [but] they asked.  Now if I shoot a turkey and the camera guy doesn’t get it on camera, it’s not a show.”  He missed one on the FIRST day but did kill one the LAST day.  Well, all the drama in between those days ended up making it a really good show.  In fact, it was so good that it was one of their most popular episodes. Riley is a very skilled hunter.  When he got his “accidental” break, he made the most of it.

GAYLE KING says that while she was interviewing R. KELLY’s girlfriends, he was around the corner coughing loudly to remind them that he was listening. And this must be why R. KELLY can’t pay child support . . . he claims people have been stealing from him, and he only has $350,000 left.

Taylor Swift‘s accused stalker was arrested early Thursday for allegedly breaking into her Tribeca apartment building for the second time in less than a year. Roger Alvarado was arrested for allegedly breaking into the second-floor patio door around 2:20 a.m. When cops arrived, the door was open — and they soon found Alvarado allegedly “ransacked the place”. Police said he used a ladder to climb the back of the building and then used a concrete block to smash through the glass door. He left a computer tower near the door. Swift, who has an order of protection against Alvarado, was not home at the time. Cops charged him with stalking, burglary, felony criminal contempt for violating the order of protection, criminal mischief and two counts of burglar tools.
